Wonderful hotel with an amazing full view of the gorgeous new museum and partial of the pyramids. What makes this hotel amazing, is the staff and attention to detail. From the decor to amenities to service. The staff were very accommodating, cheerful and just wonderfully sweet and smiley all around. Props to Alaa, Mohab, Wael, Karam and Dhalia. Lovely rooftop terrace. The rooms are wonderful, I sprung for the bigger premium double to enjoy the huge private terrace and view, don’t regret it!! The room was fantastic, super clean, very modern and spacious and THE best bed and pillows I slept on in a while! Breakfast served in my room or nextdoor, in the terrace was lovely, authentic hot Egyptian food and plentiful. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate requests, help with arranging cars or activities. The only issue is due to the location being quite new, it becomes a challenge everytime I order a cab, however, staff are always very happy to speak to the driver and guide them. That should also resolve itself once the nearby construction is complete. Also no immediately nearby restaurants and cafes unless you go for a long walk or wait for a car. But delivery can bring anything to your room including a in-house menu. The building and the area are very quiet and clean/ safe. Don’t be fooled by the up and coming dead end street. The view is all on the other side. Tip: schedule sometime for the terrace or balcony. Night and day. Both different and gorgeous views! Have a coffee or a drink and take it all in.
Thanks again everyone for the wonderful stay! Definitely...
Read moreThe hotel is located like 10mins from the GEM Museum and the Pyramids... with a spectacular view of both!! Got to enjoy them lit up and colorful most nights... wish the rooftop was my room lol... the entire staff was AMAZING!!! Everyone is so helpful, kind, caring and protective!!! traveling solo, as a tiny African American woman that was really important to me lol... Only draw for most would be the area, it is still being worked on... but you're here for Egypt, not the hotel!! They allowed me the safety to be care free about my room, luggage, belongings and even walking with me when I wanted to free roam lol... The rooms and hotel is Egyptian themed, which is EXACTLY why I chose it!! Room was very clean, fresh linen... The view was an exciting extra, the lounge room is gorgeous also!! I don't eat breakfast much, only fruit and some tea but that did not stop them from providing me with a complete meal including my daily requested fruit lol... even packed me a to go lunch on my way out(I forgot it and he chased me down to provide it!!) They really make you feel safe and well taken care of!! I will DEFINITELY be returning to my new...
Read moreWe arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel transportation was there with a minivan. They offer free pickup if you stay 2 or more nights, but I needed to pay $20 extra for the larger vehicle. The return to the airport cost $50 because of the $20 extra. It's almost an hour trip so it was comparable to the US. The area around the hotel looks a little rough, but I realized that it's normal for most of Giza. The hotel and rooms are immaculate, and the staff are second to none. Better than some 5 star hotels. I communicated with them through WhatsApp which worked great. The Wi-Fi had a few issues and wasn't the fastest (DSL), but was definitely adequate for most use. The free breakfast was enormous and delicious. I felt bad that we wasted food because we couldn't eat it all. Ubers are plentiful and extremely cheap. Would absolutely stay...
