WARNING!!! THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE!!! SCAM!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! The rentals are advertised as being located at a high end resort, but in reality when we booked we stayed at construction site! This was the worst stay I’ve ever booked. For the full week we were there, there was heavy construction and machinery in the flat below and above. When we complained to the management, they did nothing and refused to refund the money for the rest of the stay - which we had to pay in full upfront before booking. Very low quality service and utter disregard to any customer satisfaction, honesty or integrity in dealing with their customers or in advertising where we were actually staying. In addition to it being extremely overpriced for what you actually end up getting. The resort is there to scam you. They ask you to pay everything upfront, and place you in a construction site. Especially Nadine Kamel and Amr from the rental team who were rude, untrained and unhelpful. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with these people. Low quality, incompetent staff members. We tried to visit this hotel to use the sunbeds at the beach. We tried to communicate with the hotel 1 day before but Noone was answering the phone. The next day we made it to talk with them but Noone of them was speaking English..after 4 phone calls they were acting like there is no signal..anyway the same day we left from central marsa matrouh to visit oriental almaza bay(1.5 hours) and at the gate they informed us that its impossible to enter as guests and pay just for the facilities..we couldn't just enter the almaza area. And I don't see the reason....
