JAZ Neo Almazino, Almaza Bay — Hotel in Matruh

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and looked brand new. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. What we really want to highlight is the staff; EVERYONE was soo much friendly, sympathetic, and helpful, and it was because of them that our vacation was truly amazing. They took care of us, always helped with everything, were fun to be around, and constantly had a smile on their faces. The one who probably grew closest to our hearts was Mohamed, who worked at the pool bar (he's in the photo). On our second day, I broke my plastic selfie stick, and we didn't know how to fix it. Mohamed repaired it, even though he didn't have to because it wasn't part of his job. I can't imagine that anyone at another hotel would have done that for me. We were also well taken care of by Abdul from the Sky Lounge, Mohamed, who cleaned the rooms on the second floor, waiter Hamdy and manager Mohamed from Jaz Tamerina. But really, every single person deserves praise (and higher salary! ). We didn't encounter anyone who treated us poorly; everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great vacation, and they succeeded. Kindness, helpfulness, and positive energy. Thanks to this atmosphere, we want to come back to Jaz Almazino. The only thing we would criticize is that there was no music by the pool or in the Sky Lounge. We missed that a bit because we are young people who love to dance. We also missed the animators; if someone wanted to experience some party, they had to go to Jaz Oriental. But maybe this was because we arrived at the end of the season (in October), so there were no animation programs. Another minor issue was the breakfast packages we received when going on trips (like to Cairo or Siwa Oasis). We didn't really enjoy them, but when we had breakfast at the hotel, it was excellent. But these are just small details. In summary, a fantastic vacation, fantastic staff—Jaz Almazino truly stole...

Hello from Slovakia!! Kristína and Roman 102 room ♡. I had a wonderful stay at JAZ Almazino Neo in Marsa Matrouh. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the beach was absolutely beautiful – soft sand, clear water, and always well maintained. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of international options and especially tasty their food and seasoning. Our room was comfortable, though there was some construction noise nearby that slightly disturbed the peaceful atmosphere. We were gladly not that close.Overall, it was a great holiday and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK WE ENJOY THIS VACATION.WE WERE SUPRISE BY SERVIS BUT IN GOOOD WAYYY.It has a + and - but this hotel should progress it has a potentional (JAZ). Yeah beach is not that close but they have a mini golf cart. They go every 10 minutes but u usually didn't wait even that cause on reception they usually call him and he come immediatly. He is so nice helpful he bring us even closer than he must.So we usually walk (it is close) or just wait for him. He bring us even after his shift. We don't do anything just smile and be nice.We give a tip if we enjoy service. But ANY OF STAFF personal don't want any they were glad if...but they don't interupt us or anything. So polite and hardworking!! Always smiling even in busy shift. I hope they will do good in life and their family too only wish best. They are really good people. Trying their best always. Staff on beach is good too ...do best strawberry mojito (i don't know name Mohamed? Ahmed?) Cleaning staff personal always clean room always fresh their manager is also nice. I hope staff and HOTEL will be on this level and BETTER when we will come back. We were crying when we were leaving from this beautiful place...
