This is our first time traveling to siwa. The hotel is far worse than we expected, the rooms are much different than the ones shown in the pictures on different websites. The rooms were very dirty and unclean, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept for a long period of time, and the pillows were very smelly and stained to the point that they looked literally yellow. The quality of the beds and the furniture in general was very low and should get replaced with ones with much better quality. In addition the shower and the water tap in the bathroom were covered with rust and we weren't comfortable at all while using the utilities in the bathroom. The swiming pool was also very dirty and literally looked green that nobody could swim in it. The restaurant was good but it could be better if more varieties were available. The staff was friendly and nice to deal with. Apparently we weren't that comfortable during our stay and the place provided no coziness. Unfortunately we dont have any pictures of the things in...
Read moreI recently had the displeasure of staying at Siwa Paradise Hotel, and I must express my utmost disappointment with the experience. The rooms were in a deplorable state, lacking cleanliness and basic standards of upkeep. It deeply saddened me to witness such poor conditions during my stay.
Regrettably, my decision to choose this hotel was one I soon came to regret. The overall quality of the rooms left much to be desired, and the lack of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on accommodations that fail to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene.
Based on my unfortunate experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Siwa Paradise Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay. The subpar conditions and lack of cleanliness make it an establishment that falls far below the expectations of discerning guests. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their...
Read moreHad such a great experience in this hotel in February 2024, I booked 2 single rooms with air-conditioning for me and my friend and I was so pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the staff that works there. The rooms were clean and ready even before the official check in time, the air-conditioning looks old but works as expected. The service was amazing from the whole staff. They were very helpful with any information and cared about making you have the best Siwa trip possible. Doing the safari trip with Mr Khaled is a must do experience, and swimming in the natural spring in the hotel, with the view of the palm trees in the background, seconds away from your room, was definitely legendary and unforgettable. All of this, without even mentioning that the hotel is right next to the Souk (Market) so it's very accessible and easy to take daily trips from there. Thank you to Mr Mohamed Nabil who was very helpful and welcoming, and it definitely won't be my...
