However, the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Similar to other hotels in the area, the bar staff lacked confidence and attentiveness, which negatively impacted the overall experience. For a five-star establishment, the service must be impeccable, with staff able to anticipate guests’ needs efficiently.

Staff Training: Enhanced training for the service staff, especially in the dining and bar areas, would build their confidence and improve the overall quality of service. Proactive Service: In a five-star hotel, service should be proactive, with staff anticipating guests’ needs. Better Management During Busy Periods: During peak times, improved organization is necessary to avoid delays and ensure a consistent experience for all guests, regardless of the time of day.

The Cons: • Lack of Views: Unfortunately, the hotel rooms do not offer any views, which might be disappointing for those who enjoy scenic vistas from their accommodations. • Basement Meeting Rooms: All meeting rooms are located in the basement and lack natural light, which could make long sessions feel more confined and less comfortable. • Language Barriers in Conference Center: While the reception staff are proficient in English, the language skills of the staff in the conference center are not as strong, which could lead to communication difficulties during events. • Inopportune Renovations: The decision to perform paint work shortly before renting out the meeting rooms was not ideal, potentially disrupting usability of these spaces due to the strong smell. • Gym Maintenance: Although the gym is well-equipped and conveniently available around the clock, its cleanliness could be improved. Additionally, like the meeting rooms, it also lacks natural light. • Hotel location : whilst being close to the airport, it will take you 20 minutes to reach. Any activities outside the hotel require a vehicle.

I has a wonderful stay and I must say, the services exceeded my expectations. Room Service: The room service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed especially Husam and wael. The room itself was immaculate, and the attention to detail was evident.

Restaurant: The on-site restaurant is a highlight of my stay. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I enjoyed a delightful breakfast this morning, complete with fresh fruits, pastries, and a selection of hot dishes. outstanding, and the presentation was beautiful. The waitstaff were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the best dishes especially One man named Nour, also the senior chef, appreciation for the senior chef: I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the senior chef for their exceptional culinary skills and dedication.
