Bab Al Qasr — Restaurant in Cairo

I mainly went there for a romantic evening, to be fair, I have to separate my review to 3 categories, the venue itself, food, and service.

The venue itself is ok, it is not fancy nor bad, it is ok, the place seems not cared for much for such high rating, suffecient to say it is ok.

The service is relatively good, the staff are well dressed and generally responsive.

The food would attain the lowest score in this review, it was aweful best to say that I could not finish my plate and naturally was not intrigued to even had it take away.

Food is very poorly cooked. Mix grill lamb was burned and quite bitter. Fatah chunks were poor quality meat. Manar - the guest organizer - was not honest in providing information. She said restaurant is fully booked and certain tables were reserved. The restaurant was not fully booked and she reserved certain tables for certain people that she wanted!!
