Kiroseiz Three Corners Resort — Hotel in South Sinai

Crap hotel where they treat you like fools. Won't get service or being look after until you pay upfront (tip people). I don't mind giving tips but AFTER I have been look after NOT BEFORE! When you there.... Have a look at the floor staff/waiters... They put their own cigarettes, lighters, phones, etc. on the best tables and lie to first guests that they are taken if asked or attempted to seat. Show him a few dollars and the table is yours. Reception staff are treating guests like idiots... I was looking for my agent and enquired about him and was sent in one direction, away from reception desk. As I looked at his (reception guy) eyes I could see he was lying and asked him how he looked like and he couldn't describe him and later admitted that he didn't know him. The question is WHY would he lie? Why would you treat your guests like idiots?!!! I needed to extend my stay at hotel because of Icleandic ash back in 2010 and was given first one price then two secs later given another one (higher of course) because some other staff spoke to the one I was dealing with in Arabic (yes at the front of me, total lack of respect to their guests). I complained to Manager of hotel but no luck with getting any help. I would highly recommend to try different hotel, even the next door one Sonesta where we got our alternative accommodation from Thomas Cook back in 2010. I must say that was totally different service and just next door (litterally).

Мне все очень понравилось ! Красивая территория, отличный номер, вкусная еда и очень большой выбор блюд. Хорошая анимационная программа , особенно учитывая, что я был здесь в январе, когда не сезон. Хороший пляж с пирсом, куда возил автобус . Персонал очень доброжелателен. Хотелось бы отметить очень внимательного бармена по имени Bassem The Best Barmen ) Интернет работает на всей территории отеля . Когда все хорошо и нет недостатков, отзыв получается короткий ))) в этом отеле правда все хорошо и можно его бронировать, ваш отдых...

Been there 4 times and never had any issues. Always treated well by staff, Rooms great. Not been since Marco left though, so no idea what hotel...
