Sonesta Club Sharm El Sheikh — Hotel in South Sinai

...having just arrived home from our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh at this wonderful Hotel cannot wait to put pen to paper.... What an absolutely amazing experience....such a wonderful wonderful team of Staff...from gents at Reception, Dining room staff, cleaning staff, bar staff(who did an amazing job) and Khalid at the pool who "was always on the ball" plus the cheerful gardening staff,and entertainment team, my husband and I cannot praise them all enough for making our stay an amazing experience....nothing was too much trouble for them, they were all friendly helpful and extremely cheerful... there was a good selection of food cooked freshly by excellent chefs, you were all brilliant but just must add that full marks to "egg chef" at breakfast for managing to keep 3 guests at any one time supplied with eggs cooked in various ways!!!... the cleanliness of accommodation and grounds and pools was second to none...having over many years visited many places around the world we can honestly say....,all the staff at Sonesta Club Hotel were the friendliest and most helpful and most welcoming yet... so, yes it may have been our first visit to Sonesta Club but it will certainly not be our last, we are already organising our next visit to you for late February/March 2016....Thank you to management and your...

Generally I liked staying in this hotel (Sonesta Club 4) during New Year celebration for 7 days. It is really comfortable and spacious. Good interior, several different swimming pools, available beach (20 min walking). But there were some negative stuff as well: no free Wi-Fi, spots, sometimes annoying and foisting services (fresh juices which are actually not fully organic), cockroaches in room and kitchen, dummy animation. I booked the resort through Neckermann for the family (2 adults, 2 very young kids).
