We booked two rooms for five people at this hotel, but unfortunately, we could only endure two nights. The rooms had nothing but a bed and a small closet—no hairdryer, no mirror, and none of the basic necessities. In our room (which housed three of us), we were immediately struck by the dirty sheets and the terrible smell of the pillows. It honestly felt like the bedding hadn't been washed after the previous guests. The bathroom had a strong sewage odor, and inside the sink and bathtub, there were bristles from a toilet brush—absolutely disgusting. There was no shower curtain, so water spilled all over the floor after each shower. The internet didn’t work in either of our rooms. In the other room where my mother and sister stayed, they had similar issues. Although they had a shower curtain, it was moldy and smelled awful. Even worse, the bottom part of the bathtub suddenly collapsed during a shower. Their sheets also had hair on them and smelled bad.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff. They were welcoming and treated us well! We requested clean sheets, while we were out, but nothing had been done when we returned. I genuinely don’t want to offend the staff because they were so kind, but we had no choice but to check out two days early due to the unacceptable condition of the rooms. I sadly cannot...
Read moreThey say private beach and there is none especially to swim at as it’s in a development zone no local shops or restaurants to eat They have sold us a lie we asked for a Refund and were refused because they said they were fully booked , it made no sense especially the other guests who were also very disappointed . Meals were average with no seafood on menu looking at the Red Sea Coffee terrible No desert or fruits No acceas to drinking water after 10 pm No clean towels No clean rooms Very little lights to guide back to hotel at night Trip hazards
No orientation about place , wifi access, no clean towels no tea or coffee available Taxi cost 600 pounds return Child labour on-site and they sleep behind hotel crammed in one room working 15 plus hours a day To access any other amenities means to leave site and go Naama bay again 600 Egyptian pounds Totally misleading and not accomodating less mobile people Would never be recommending this place to anyone wanting to enjoy Sharms except if you want a place to have an affair as it is a secret location even local taxi service does not know Definitely bring your snorkeling gear as that is the only positive aspect and must be stated on advertising not a private beach...
Read moreBooked 3 nights on September 2025, here's my genuine review about this hotel. Pros : Great view, our rooms faced the sea and it was very nice to wake up to this everyday. The staff are extremely nice, just make sure they understand your order well because they often misunderstood my friends (which don't speak Arabic) and I had to re-order in Arabic. They advertise for companies such as "Stepway" (We got the colored canyon, Bazar and snorkeling trip, plus the buggy safari. More about that in my review on stepway). Cons : The food they provide was not great, at least for me, and the worst part is that I couldn't find any restaurant which might deliver to this area. If you know a place from which you can order food, or take food with you on the way back after going out, then this should not be a problem for you. The location is a bit far away and you will need at least a 10 minutes walk to get any taxi, (this can be avoided through transportation apps) The bathtub was broken and leaking, some essential items were missing (shampoo, shower gel, etc..)
Overall. It's not terrible, but you have to keep in the consideration the above...
