Sharks Bay Oasis — Hotel in South Sinai

I stayed in a privately owned apartment within this resort. Initial impressions were not good, the reception had lots of upset people and the entrance had rubbish over flowing from the bins. However the staff dealt with us quickly gave us the keys and provided a golf kart to take our luggage to the apartment. The apartment we rented had issues some caused by the hotel maintenance such as dirty staircases however these were resolved after a few days. We wanted a resort that was quiet and relaxed this is exactly what we got. The swimming pools were well maintained, there was an access card for the lift which took you directly to the beach. On the beach the sun loungers were a good number we never had a problem to get at any time of the day and they were free of charge. The beach is a shingle type which was fine for us as we wanted to snorkel, there is a jetty for the Sharks Bay Oasis and steps down into the sea we were not disappointed as the snorkelling is fantastic huge variety of fish and sealife. |There is a small shop at the entrance providing basics such as water, drinks, crisps etc but we took a taxi to a supermarket to buy what we needed for the week this was our only trip out of the resort. |If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place with incredible snorkelling then this is an ideal place, just be aware the electricity and water is expensive the electric was approx 130egp per day, don’t let first impressions...

This is a great place if you want to torture yourself. As you walk in you’ll find unprofessional staff starting with the reception desk no uniform air conditioner was bad grumby faces everywhere even the door card’s looked bad. No room service, there were no drinking water, no tea, no coffee, sugar etc. When we tried to call the reception for room service no one picked up. The room haven’t cleaned for the whole vacation no room service were present. Food was the worst thing and filthiest thing ever, am not going to eat chicken again because of them. Restaurant staff were smelly while the were serve the food and picking it up imagine smiling the arm bit of a man while you are eating. Soft drinks were directly from the bottle no dispenser. Dessert were served old and chefs were aggressive with guests. Beach is so dangerous , rocks everywhere and you won’t be able to swim even if you were wearing beach shoes, you probably going to heart yourself badly. Some people left from the first day to another hotel. It was the worst experience I ever had and for your own good don’t waste your time, money, and energy on this hotel 👎

Mentre entri troverai personale non professionale a partire dal banco della reception, nessun condizionatore d'aria uniforme era pessimo, facce sporche ovunque, anche la tessera della porta sembrava brutta. Nessun servizio in camera, non c'erano acqua potabile, tè, caffè, zucchero, ecc. Quando abbiamo provato a chiamare la reception per il servizio in camera, nessuno ha risposto. La camera non è stata pulita per tutta la vacanza, non era presente il servizio in camera. Il cibo era la cosa peggiore e più sporca di sempre, non mangerò più pollo a causa loro. Il personale del ristorante era puzzolente mentre serviva il cibo e raccogliendolo immagina di sorridere al braccio di un uomo mentre mangi. Le bevande analcoliche provenivano direttamente dalla bottiglia, senza distributore. I dessert venivano serviti vecchi e gli chef erano aggressivi con gli ospiti. La spiaggia è così pericolosa, rocce ovunque e non sarai in grado di nuotare anche se indossi scarpe da spiaggia, probabilmente ti sentirai male. Alcune persone sono partite dal primo giorno in un altro hotel. È stata la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto e per il tuo bene non sprecare tempo, denaro ed energie in questo hotel

От персонала ресторана пахло, пока они подавали еду, и, подбирая ее, представьте, что улыбаетесь человеческому куску руки, пока вы едите. Безалкогольные напитки были прямо из бутылки, без дозатора. Десерты подавали старые, а повара вели себя агрессивно по отношению к гостям. Пляж очень опасный, повсюду камни, и вы не сможете плавать, даже если вы носите пляжную обувь, у вас, вероятно, будет плохое сердце. Некоторые люди уехали с первого дня в другой отель.
