❌ NEVER COME HERE! FRAUDERS. DANGEROUS FOR DIGESTION.

I have traveled to many countries but this is the worst establishment I have ever been to. I have never seen an even more disgusting place even in the wild jungle.

Terrible staff Terrible kitchen Cheating for money

When we first arrived, no one showed us to the table. Several staff members just sat and did nothing, did not show any attention to the guests. Nobody offered us a menu. We waited for a while for someone to come over and bring us menus. In the end, I had to go up to them to ask for two menus, but in the end they only brought one disheveled menu in a terrible state. The staff saw that there were two of us, but they only brought one menu. Then we chose our food, and at this time they brought us 2 bottles of water, which we did not ask for, but which we considered to be normal restaurant etiquette - guests should be served water before eating. Then we waited for a long time for someone to approach us, but there was no one and in the end I AGAIN went to look for the staff to call them. A terrible waiter came to us who did not speak English and could not explain anything. Some dishes from the menu were not available. We ended up ordering a burger and 1 "traditional" meat dish. The waiter left and no one came for a long time, then they brought us our dishes, but did not bring us the cutlery. I asked the waiter to bring the cutlery, he simply left and did not return. As a result, I went down again to find the staff for the third time and remind them about the devices. After that, they brought us ONLY ONE set of devices. When I asked the waiter to bring another set, he said something in Arabic with a dissatisfied look. Then he brought a second set of instruments. The food was disgusting. I didn't know it was possible to ruin French fries, but at this "cafe" they were able to do it. They even ruined a "traditional" Egyptian dish. All the food was just fried with a huge amount of old oil. The meat felt stale. There was a LOT of pepper, behind which they tried to hide the vile taste of their cuisine. This is the second day I have felt heartburn. When I asked for the bill, it included the same 2 bottles of water that we did not order, and the prices on the receipt and on the menu were different. When I said that I would not pay for water that I did not order, they answered “okay”, that is, they simply tried to deceive visitors and try to take money for what they did not order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE WITH DISGUSTING SCAM STAFF AND...

First of all the prices of that place are unrealistic for the service and quality of food. You actually pay less in better places like SoHo Square and Old Egypt. Not only that, but most of the items in the menu they still don’t have and the waiter kept saying we'll have it in the future. Frustrated with the prices and the unavailability of most things I wanted to order, I ended up getting a chicken pasta (which was around 399 LE., way too over priced). As if everything wasn’t going well already, the chicken on the pasta was uncooked and it made me sick to my stomach I had to spit it out. The waiter told me he’s gonna change the order and prepare me a new plate I said no cuz I literally had no appetite after eating the raw chicken. I told him just to get rid of chicken and I’ll have the pasta plain, which I also wasn’t able to eat since they ruined my appetite and had a stomach ache the entire time. Later we wanted to order something sweet. We ended up getting a waffle and it was also not cooked enough. One would think that they wouldn’t repeat the same mistake with the same customer and would be extra careful, but no. At this point I was too embarrassed to keep complaining and we ate the waffle regardless since it was still edible. In total we ended up getting 1 classic mojito, 1 Red Bull, 1 Nutella waffle, 1 fries, 1 plain pasta. The total was 1300 LE. Very over priced for the terrible quality. The waiters were very nice and understating, it was def not their fault, it’s the fault of the manager the chef. I would never come again even for the view, you can find very similar views else were...

Food and Drinks: The menu offers a delightful array of dishes that cater to various tastes. From traditional Egyptian favourites to international cuisine, there's something for everyone. The highlight for me was the [insert dish name], which was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. The drinks menu is equally impressive, with freshly brewed coffee and an assortment of refreshing juices.

GO HERE INSTEAD OF FARSHA! You'll get the same vibe without the crowds (see pics) This place is as instagrammable as Farsha, without the massive crowds! We went here because Farsha was too overcrowded and did not let us in (2 guys) without ladies (very weird policy for a cafe, and not a bar/club) It was really the best decision!!! We sat right by the sea, with lovely Arabic music and warm hospitality :) Ahmed gave us the best seat ! Mostafa, the captain, has stellar customer service. He welcomed us with a big smile. All the staff are amazing. They even gave us mosquito repellent spray to stay safe from the mozzies... The vibe is super chill, much less touristy and less crowd, and fabulous, personalised service. We tried the special juice mocktail (not on the menu), chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, and mango beach juice. Everything was delicious Don't mean to bash Farsha Cafe, it is a great place no doubt, and I have been there multiple times in the past. But the staff needs to be slightly kinder to tourist men, and not treat us like some criminals/perverts. I'll definitely visit this place again and avoid the former, simply be cause of our excellent experience and the lesser crowds...
