Hotel La Posada del Ángel — Hotel in San Salvador

My work colleagues and I were delighted to find this lovely boutique hotel in San Salvador. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms are exceedingly clean, the beds comfortable and the showers hot. The wifi is good. Not super fast but reliable. The lovely patio where breakfast is served is heavenly. Beautiful artwork is everywhere. The breakfast was simple but very good: eggs, toast, rice & beans and plantains. This is not the typical hotel you’d expect, it is more sort of a bed and breakfast/hostal concept. The attention is great, awesome service by the host, and with a free breakfast included and dinner available for an additional relatively low price. The rooms are big and with A/C and TV with cable entertainment, and the bathrooms have hot water for a more pleasant shower.
