INGER HOTEL — Hotel in Narva linn

I stayed in a standard double room, and though it was clean and spacious, I would say it was a little unexceptional and lacked a bit of extra touches. I can’t really complain much, because the room was very affordable.

The hotel has a laundry service that was very cheap and fast, but there was no laundry bag in the room to put the clothes in. It was also not very obvious that this service was available - I had to ask at the reception.

There was a welcome card on the table, but there weren’t any tea bags in the room to make tea.

The bathroom had everything I needed, but it could have done with some better toiletries - shampoo and conditioner. The liquid soap / shower gel smelled and felt too much like a detergent.

The guests that were staying on my floor had the habit of leaving their disgusting smelling shoes outside their room, which stank up the entire corridor.

The breakfast was good (a wide choice of options), but the juice was a little watery, and I was not a fan of the machine coffee and hot chocolate.

Overall, the place is good with decent location for the price that you are paying. I look forward to staying here again and seeing if they continue to make more...

Perfectly located and a very close walk to a shopping centre, Narva Castle, churches, promenade, river, tourist attractions and the Russian border. There is a bus stop nearly at the front door to visit Narva-Joesuu. I loved the way this hotel has been recently renovated it has a great cafe/restaurant with great food at fantastic prices, office spaces, conference rooms and upstairs are all the bedrooms are upstairs. Terrible experience at the reception. I arrived in the evening to ask if there are any free rooms, I was quoted a price of 107 euros for a single room without breakfast. Are we in Switzerland for such prices? After I told the arrogant receptionist that they have the same room with breakfast online for 50€, he quickly blocked these offers on his computer so I wasn't able to book😏 nevermind, I went to Narva Hotell just few hundreds meters away, where I got the same room with breakfast for 50€.
