Less than acceptable service, food quality and prices. The cost of food would suggest at least well-made food. In actual fact, 3 steaks were cooked incorrectly (rare instead of medium-rare, medium rare instead of Medium), the potatoes were stone-cold and the presentation was so over-dramatic, it interfered with the quality of the food. There was a major issue involving a margarita: one was ordered by my partner, being bartenders by trade we immediately know it was made incorrectly and was undrinkable. We qasked the waitress (who so far had not checked back to make sure the food was ok: it was not) to replace it with a white wine. She brought the white wine but didn’t ask about the problem nor take the margarita away. After we had stomached the sub-par food, we asked for the bill and saw the margarita on it. When asked to remove it, we were met with a stern no, as they claimed we ordered a margarita and it was our choice not to drink it, this was despite arguments that it was undrinkable and clearly not a margarita.

If it weren’t for the pleasant atmosphere and the acceptable quality of some sides, this would be a 1-star review. Must do better in terms of food, drinks and most...

I’ve visited Old Trafford restaurant several times this summer — both for casual dinners with friends and for my daughter’s birthday lunch with the family. Each visit has been excellent.

The atmosphere is cozy yet elegant, the staff are professional and caring, and the food is always delicious and beautifully presented. The birthday party was especially memorable. Everything was so well organized, and since we had small children, the timely service was a huge plus. Every guest, from age 5 to 70, enjoyed their meal!

28 марта 2019 года я написала нелестный отзыв об Old Trafford из-за того, что испортили дорогущий говяжий стейк украшением из морской соли. Заказала тогда мясо well прожарки, принесли medium. Нехорошие впечатления с того раза остались, но я очень люблю это заведение за счет их безупречных шоколадных фондантов, за которыми готова вновь и вновь возвращаться. В этот раз нас обслуживала официантка, которую я очень хорошо знаю в лицо. Она здесь работает уже как два года, что ли (блондинка с милыми ресничками). Очень живая и хорошенькая, если что-то не знает сама - обязательно метнется на кухню и спросит. Молодец. Я заказала все тот же стейк с прожаркой уровня well done и повар справился с этим безупречно. Стейк был безумно вкусным. Нареканий нет и к украшениям, соли было умеренно, и она лишь дополняла вкусовые ощущения от блюда! Все было идеально, у меня просто нет слов. Я сама, например, готовлю овощи гриль и по вкусу мое приготовление несколько хуже, чем я ела здесь. Мой шоколадный фондант был как всегда на уровне. Моя подруга заказала тарт татен с карамелизованной грушей и бананом в коньячном соусе с мороженым. Тоже неплохо. Могу лишь отметить одну неприятность, которая не касается вкусовых качеств блюд, что со времен 2019 и 2020 годов, заведение повысило цены на все позиции: стейк стал дороже на 4 евро, десерты на 50 сентов. В принципе не страшно, но неприятно. В заведении также не работал кондиционер, ибо перегрелся из-за долгой работы и не работала оплата карточкой. Осадочком произошедшее не выпало, потому что намеревались сегодня пойти именно туда за этими блюдами. Советую посетить, если действительно хотите кайфануть...
