Stayed at this hotel for one night on a sightseeing visit to Narva .||A short comfortable flat 5 min walk from the Narva Train and Bus station with a two wheeled suitcase and small backpack.||Very nice welcome from Julia at reception who provided information about the hotel including the breakfast and also take-away coffee. She also provided a map of the town and general directions to the river walk and Narva Castle and location of the mini convenience store across the road ||Room on the fourth floor reached by elevator was very clean and the bathroom modern.||A comfortable bed, a writing desk & chair as well as an another tub style chair, small TV on wall, wardrobe with hanging space and shelving and a fold out luggage rack for suitcase or bag.||A small mini bar fridge for purchase of drinks is located under the writing table ||A window that can partially or fully open to let in fresh air was very good.||The bathroom was large and clean with a towel, hand towel and floor mat (towel) provided along with hand gel and shower/shampoo gel in dispensers on the wall.||Did not have breakfast but I did buy a takeaway coffee on the morning I left and the breakfast area looked nice. ||The staff member who made my coffee was very friendly and overall the hotel staff I encountered were genuinely helpful.||Would certainly stay again at this tourist hotel if...
Read moreNarva Hotell is a charming destination that beautifully combines comfort and convenience. During our stay, we indulged in the delightful culinary offerings at the renowned restaurant, Shagal. The food was exquisite, bursting with flavors that tantalized the taste buds. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing a blend of creativity and culinary finesse.

The warm ambiance and exceptional service provided by the staff greatly contributed to our enjoyable stay. The hotel's central location made exploring the area convenient, adding to the overall appeal of the stay.
Despite the minor issue with the room, the memorable dining experience at Shagal and the overall hospitable atmosphere at Narva Hotell certainly make it a destination worth considering for a comfortable stay and delightful...

The hotel room was adequate, but this experience convinced me that I will never return with pets to this hotel in the future. We used to pay less than 10 euros for a single dog. I'm extremely dissatisfied, as we paid 80 euros for two...
