I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service we’ve received during our stay at the apartment. My wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and care shown by your entire team.

The staff, from the greeters to the cleaning team, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate how the cleaning staff has been so proactive and friendly, always willing to take on extra tasks to make our experience smoother. The attention to detail they provide is second to none.

We’d also like to extend our thanks to you personally. Your friendly demeanor and swift action in addressing any issues, like the recent shower head issue, have made a world of difference to us. We were particularly impressed with how quickly the matter was resolved.

I stayed at Cheers B&B for a couple of nights with a group of friends. Abiy is an incredible host, he knows the answer to all questions Addis and is super helpful and friendly. The place is clean and easily accessible from the airport, to Meskal Square by minibus it takes you about 10 minutes. There are a couple of good restaurants and bars around the hotel. Cheer B&B is a convenient location for a night stopover before a flight on the next day. The rooms are not luxury nor big, but sufficient for a place to rest the day before a flight.
