Hôtel Première Classe Agen — Hotel in Agen

We arrived at the hotel when the reception was already closed, so we used the machine, but the reserve didn't appear. After several attempts, we go to Campanile close to the hotel, where the receptionist helped us calling the responsible of Premiere Classe, who look for our reserve and said us that the reserve didn't exist!!!! And on top, there were no free rooms. So, we had to looking for another hotel, after a several hours of road trip, tired and hungry. Finally we found other hotel but we had to spend 14 euros more. The responsible boy simply said us that there was no reservation; that there were other hotels nearby. He didn't give us any solution or compensation. (The Campanile next to Premiere is expensive, and they won't pay us the rest, of course) ||I wonder how, HOW is possible that a reserve have been lost if I not cancelled it; I have printed the PDF with the confirmation number, and the day before the hotel reminded me to make the check-in, so is a proof that this reserve was well made and confirmed!!! This place isn't for people who want a budget hotel like we get in England, it's 1 star so why people are so surprised that they don't love their stay is beyond me. We stayed in room 104, room was tiny but clean, didn't smell, lock worked on door and flooding shower was easily sorted with a towel, we did have a towel each, we did have a clean bed, heating worked and only thing that bothered us was the toilets being so high up we couldn't touch the floor sitting on it. These places are for a needed stop and rest not a holiday so if you're coming here to moan about the lack of amenities, find somewhere...

Stayed here for an overnight en-route from St Malo to Begur, having used Premiere Classe many times before had no worries about what we were going to get and on first sight there were no surprises.............then we turned the lights off to go to sleep and the feel of creeping on your skin and in the room began, lights on - revealing a gap under the door and a little army of at least 20 beetles or mini cockroaches on the floor, on the bed..............just awful. Will never stay here again. On the way back we stayed in Premiere Classe, Bourges which restored my faith...
