Chalet Charline by Altitude Résidences — Hotel in Albertville

We were very happy with our stay at Le Petite Charline. The apartments is in a great location, peaceful with great views but still close enough to the centre of Le Lac.

The apartments is very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen while compact if well equipped with high quality appliances and utensils. Great shower room and comfortable bedrooms. Despite being in the lower floor of a larger chalet, we didn’t notice any noise from above and with our private entrance to the side only saw the other residents occasionally.

The staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. Easy to contact and responsive to messages.

Lovely big chalet in a good location to the ski slopes!

Definitely could be improved - i.e. lack of toilet roll, cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment despite having a big kitchen to cook in (lacking spatula, needs more mugs and maybe more fridge space). The sofa bed room was quite dirty - so cleaning could be better. No real assistance with getting to the chalet, especially as we did not have a car. Great chalet, although a little creaky regards doors and stairs! Good location - 5 minutes walk from the centre of Tignes Le Lac and 2 mins from nearest drag lift.
