Chalet Le Lodzé - Pied des pistes — Hotel in Albertville

We were looking for a family resort and found La Rosiere as a good mix of skiing for all abilities and a good range of activities after skiing.||We had a pretty good deal staying at Le Lodze last December. It was a quiet family-owned apartment chalet and the location was great, so close that you can ski directly to the slopes from the front door without any walking.||We really appreciated the chalet where rooms are tastefully decorated in Savoie style and are warm and comfy with modern bathroom facilities. We stayed in an apartment sleeping 6-8 with beautiful views of the valley from our balcony.||Another good thing there was the shoes dryer. After a long day skiing you don’t have to worry about wet shoes or clothes, a washing/dryer machine at the first floor is still available if needed. A great plus when you have kids!||And one of the great features of Le Lodze is the sauna, which was a great way to soothe any aches after a day on the mountain.||We definitely liked the place and enjoyed the link over to Italy, which is a great benefit of the resort, on a cloudy day in La Rosiere the sun is often shining in Italy and vice versa, and on the top of the resort you get a breathtaking view...

We were so glade to find this chalet a few years back when we first came to La Rosiere that we came back for the sixth time this year.||Every thing is just great at Chalet Le Lodze, its a family owned and run chalet and the landlords are always very welcoming and helpful. ||The chalet is just 50 meters away from the slopes and you can literally come back by ski to the door of the chalet.||||We also really appreciate the package apartment + ski pass that allows you to enjoy 25% discount on the 6days ski pass (beside Christmas and holidays periods), which means HUGE saving when you come with your family.||||I would totally recommend this address to anyone looking for a nice and cosy place to stay in La Rosiere, book it now you...

We stayed in the smaller Gentiane apartment (there are two other bigger ones upstairs) during the February half term and everything was perfect!||Location superb, ski in ski out and within a five minute walk of the main street where the bars and restaurants were, there is also a bakery within 2 minutes walk where fresh bread and croissants etc are available daily, the baker also produces great takeaway pizzas for those nights when you want to stay in!||Bernard, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful, we arrived some 4 hours later than anticipated due to traffic and he was waiting to show us around the apartment and even parked our car for us in the covered garage!||Hope to be back in the not too...
