Chalet Natasha — Hotel in Albertville

Having read the reviews and had a personal recommendation we had high expectations! |We were not disappointed! |Following a horrendous lengthy journey due to a boulder fall it was soon forgotten by the relaxed, friendly and homely welcome provided by Paddy, Alex and Rachel. |The quality and presentation of every meal was outstanding. Plenty of variety and definitely restaurant standard. |All en-suite rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was always plenty of hot water. |The social space was just right for our party size - enough space for everyone! |I am already missing Alex’s breakfasts and dinner! It’s a shock to have to cook and clean up for myself. |People have commented on the steps. Paddy showed us a short cut which worked well. We didn’t use the lockers and soon got used to the walk back to the chalet and then left our kit in the heated boot room. |Paddy and Alex are very knowledgeable of the area which is a bonus. |We will be back!...

Outstanding chalet and Exceptional service throughout our stay! The whole team soared above our expectations!

Chalet natasha has to be one of the best chalet stays in the alps! Situated in such a great spot tucked away just off the piste, two minutes from the nearest lift. Each if the rooms are immaculate, large living space and all the amenities you could ask for!

The food!! Wow!! These guys know how to cook! The meals were more than perfect!! From dietary requirements to presentation, every single meal was prepared to the highest (5*restaurant) standard!

The staff have been exceptional! From setting expectations to fulfilling our requirements with an unbelievable amount of knowledge of the 3 valleys, from ski and boot hire, to the most epic runs in resort!!

Already looking to book the chalet again next year!!

Our fourth trip to Chalet Natasha, including an aborted trip in March 2020, and as brilliant as ever. This was our first time with our son, and Paddy and Rachel made it so easy to have a skiing holiday with a two year old - the high chair and cot they provided were ace, the two rooms downstairs (one with a bath) meant we could relax knowing we would hear him if he cried while we relaxed over dinner and drinks, and that he wouldn't disturb the rest of the guests overnight. Rachel looked after him for one afternoon while we went to Folie and he absolutely loved her. The food and hospitality was great as always.
