We arrived at 360 and made our way to the covered greenhouse like dining room and waiting to be seated as instructed on the sign. One waiter servicing that entire room and clearly busy so we waited approx 10 minutes with him showing us no regard whatsoever. After this time, we decided to seat ourselves on a table of 5 in the corner. After about another 20 minutes we asked a different waiter if we could have some menus.. where it was revealed that as we seated ourselves, the initial waiter had instructed his colleagues not to serve us. We could sit at the table no problem, but wouldn’t be allowed to order any food or drink. An absolutely bizarre incident, almost comedic. The main waiter clearly with an ego too big for serving customers but too afraid to come and front up the issue with us himself. We left and took our business to a lovely restaurant in town. Shambolic service, pretty embarrassing for the...
Read moreAfter we've stayed here 8 years ago with a group of 30 persons we now stayed with our extended family of 8 persons. We were divided over 2 appartments and took the half-board option. Food is still good, but breakfast is minimal. Just some baquette and croissants with jam, but with freshly squeesed orang juice. You can however upgrade to a continental breakfast, which will give you cheese and ham as an extra. If you order baquettes the day before you can use them to prepare a lunch package.||Staff is, like 8 years ago, still very friendly. Also the owner remains a friendly lunatic :)||In my review of 8 years ago I didn't like the appartments. They have improved since then dramatically; albeit still small, good beds, good shower en roomy livingroom.||Conclusion: from 3 to 4 stars, which...
Read moreWhat a fantastic week! Right on the slopes by a gondola and chairlift which means avoiding the crowds down in town. The apartment was good and well equipped. However, the real treat was having the half board option. The food was amazing - a real variety and there wasn’t a single mouthful that wasn’t delicious. Breakfast was basic but we were always full from dinner so we didn’t mind a coffee and croissant. Ocksana is a lovely helpful host and always on hand to answer questions. The skidoo is a lot of fun to get a lift back up in the evening. We also had a ride up in the piste basher one day. Overall this place feels like...
