||We attended the igloo for the restaurant dine in at €60 per person.||The email states you must be at the meeting point for 7pm sharp, any later and you will simply miss the booking. We did not leave the meeting point until 25 minutes past 7 due to a group of French people late. ||If this was a group of English people, I feel they would not wait this long for us.||The walk upto the igloo was long, but this was expected.||On arrival we were shown our table, with one plate of meats. Roughly 1 piece of meat on this for each person of 4, and this was the exact same portion as the table of 2, and 3 people beside us.||We complained, as of course we paid €60 each and that was outright ridiculous ,we got a second plate nearly double the size. The cheese was nice, although very gloopy and so difficult to dip into.||We were nearly charged for ordering drinks when in fact our booking included free cocktail, (cocktail was mojito and was simply pure lemonade, but with some twist that was pure undrinkable), free hot drink (we never got this, everyone was asked to finish up and leave and we were rushed out I assume beside of the 25minute delay).||Service was quite slow as there was only one Lady servicing all tables in the whole igloo, one guy helped abit later.||||All in all, would not recommend.||The igloo opens for lunch I believe so it’s better to go see during the day and...

Read moreAll the praise and shout outs to Margot and Xav! These two are amazing and made this stay incredible. They were more than accommodating and helpful with finding parking, getting directions, and making sure we arrive safely to the igloo with food and drinks. They really do care about their guests and made us feel super welcome, greeting us with open arms, hugs, fondue, drinks, and amazing conversation. They also did a great job promoting mingling between other guests.
The location is amazing, being on the ski resort. The view is amazing. The igloo is beautiful. It's s once in a lifetime experience and I strongly recommend doing it.
The igloo is an igloo so it gets very cold 😂 Stay in the sleeping bag, use hot water bottles and hand warmers, and stay bundled up in all your winter gear when going to bed. They provided animal skins to lay on and sleeping bag and blankets. Overall, this is a great location and an...
