My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Le Terminus in Albi, France. I stayed there last year after discovering it, and chose to return there with my family. It is easily the least expensive hotel we stayed at during our 7-week vacation. It is rated a 2 star hotel. For the four of us, the room was 41 euros, with an optional 5-euro breakfast. The breakfast consists of a croissant, piece of baguette, orange juice, and hot drink. They make the best coffee I have had during my stay. The rooms are generously sized, not the crackerboxes I've seen before in other hotels. The staff are very friendly. Only one of them speaks English. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and there was a big chestnut wardrobe with enough shelves and hangers for me to unpack all my clothes - an unusual experience in today's hotels! The location is good, a nice 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, and 5 minutes to the Gare Routiere (the station was closed when I was there as there is work being done on the line).||||Breakfast is served in the bar, which also serves breakfast to passers-by.
