This was the worst hotel i have aver been in. Everywhere was mold, the fridge in our room disquieting and smelt like rotten garlic. |My friend was sick and trew up. We asked a day later if we could get a new towel but they refused and told us that we will get new supplies like towels and toiletpaper after one week. ( we only had one toiletpaper ) ||When we went for breakfast there was almost no food and they didn’t fill it also. Me and my friend didn’t eat anything.||When i came i to the hotel the first time i already payed everything. But they told me i had to pay 22,08 euros more. I did and got told i would get it back at the end of my stay. After 3 days when i left and checked out they didn’t give me any money in return. I asked them and they told me i didn’t even pay extra money when i arrived but i clearly did! I tried to contact the hotel when i got home but they didn’t even respond to me anymore.||This absolutely destroyed my stay. Never will return here again. I wouldn’t...
Read moreI know Parisians are infamous for being rude but this hotel’s staff was next level. They would do strange things, for example, when I came down to ask the manager a question, he stared at me as if ready for me to begin and when I started talking he picked up the phone and started to dial a number? Another situation, I asked the lady at the desk if I can print something in which she responded yes of course we can, and then made me wait there for the print for 20 minutes and every 10 minutes she would say their printer is very slow? Then I said I’ll go up to my room and if she can call me when the print is ready and of course she didn’t. I’m not sure if maybe I just had bad luck because a lot of the reviews said the staff were friendly but in my experience their behaviour was bizarre. The room itself was clean and kitchenette was helpful. Also very close to the train station and the neighbourhood was peaceful, just some noise at night. Overall I would not recommend it because...
Read moreReally surprised it has on-site laundry with washers and dryers!
3-minute walk to two supermarkets nearby, Franprix and Diagonal. Great selection of fresh fruits!
Quiet small fun playgrounds for children nearby.
Indrissa is an exceptionally helpful hotel staff!! Booked this hotel to be close to the Paris 2024 Olympic village and omg what a great idea!! I met an Olympic gold medalist walking on the street whose event I watched the night before!!
The hotel has a separate bedroom from the living room with a pull-out sofa bed. I’ve been to many hotels with sofa beds before and usually those are a bit dirty because usually they are not cleaned very well. But at this hotel it’s super clean!
The staff are all very accommodating. There is a dish washer, fridge, microwave, electric stove, and dishes. The only downside is there is no air conditioning, but Paris hotels usually are not air...
