UPDATE!!! We even have text proof that you admitted to the party. Stop this lying. You asked if had a rope and harness. We said no as we have our own. You never offered... How can you just make up stuff? You should never laugh at a guest. You had party into the night...stop denying it! When we came your wife had to come get you from there to come greet us. Thus is 100%..Is 1am early for you? This is when we heard it stop. Then on the 3rd night we can't be sure if it was a party but we heard music until 22 and after loud laughter and talking... On the paying part we said several times we will gladly pay. You sent us a link that did not work and account info that was incorrect. We will not put money to somewhere we don't trust. Also you said we should have paid when we came. It seems you were to busy at your party. All we asked for basically was an apology for those two nights. You couldn't even do that. In the end you worked out how to charge our card. On another note. Those guests you mentioned that gave 10/10came only at the end of our stay...pretty hard to use them as reference. You should take the time to realize perhaps your attitude affects other people. This was our honeymoon afterall...not just some trip. I have stayed at hotels, b&bs all over the world and have never in my life experienced this. Sad.

the surface nice. When we arrived the owner was drunk and having a party. Was difficult to sleep from the noise even after a full days travel. The view was nice but little else was. On the 3rd night again the owner played loud music and we had difficulty to sleep. In the morning he expected us to be at 8.30 sharp for breakfast. Wasn't so practical if we were tired or wanted to start early. The owner also played music loud at breakfast (which was in his living room... t picture was missleading.) and was disconnected using his tablet sitting next to us. He was also ride by laughing at my wife for having a harness to ski down from Auiguill du midi. Everyone has a harness there for crevasses etc. Makes me think he has never been there. You will also find dirt and dust everywhere along with a moldy downstairs. Very disappointed as in the end the attitude of the owner was not acceptable. Along with this he tried we think to charge us twice as we were never informed about payment during those 5 nights. He sent us threatening messages about not paying and he sent us a suspicious link to pay by. In the end our card was charged normally. So we think he was trying to make us pay twice. Would definitely...

1.The house view is good. 2.But, checkout time is 11AM, we was asked to check out early on 10:10AM because he want to clean his house. (other visitor were the same) 3.Service isn't good, boss is very serious. Boss want customers to match his time to eat breakfast (8:30AM), most traveler will go out early to go hiking or visiting in the mountain, breakfast is very simply, if you want to ask early, only cereal. Room smells not good, we couldn't sleep well these days. for other service and equipment, I don't want to say something, you can come to experience.

you will feel happy if you seem it as a basic expensive hostel.

This is the first one that we ever live and meet like this kind of hotel and boss.

We will come to Chomonix again, but we won't come to this...
