Had the most wonderful time in Les Contamines staying in La Gelinotte. It is a family run business and Beatrice and her son welcomed us the moment we arrived by picking us up from the bus stop in the main area of the village. She is so warm, so helpful and so so kind and patient. She brought us into the village to rent our ski equipment then drove us to the ski lifts to buy our passes.||||The room was very cosy, had an amazing view of the main village and I absolutely loved the place. I am certainly looking forward...

All in all a very pleasant, friendly and joyful stay and a great start to a successful circumnavigation...

The room was clean, the bed comfortable with a great view of Mont Blanc. Only thing that we wished is that the lit hotel sign outside our window shut off...
