L’Espace Thermal — Hotel in District of Dax

I stayed here on the 29th July 2013. The Reception is only open during the day from 08.30 - 19.00 and lesser at weekends.||I went out for dinner and when I returned at 10pm the hotel was locked and I was not informed that the room key opened the side door. I was moved here, because my hotel (Les Thermes) was overbooked, so I did not expect too much - but was positively surprised.||||The very friendly lady at the checkin arranged a decent apartment for me, not too big, not too small. Everything was spotless. The building has seen better times and is a bit noisy, due to the concrete architecture, but the place itself is in a quiet location outside the center. La studette est petite mais fonctionnelle, WC séparé et literie correcte et j'ai trouvé l'endroit propre, pour le logement rien à dire et en plus climatisé ! Mais alors, les personnes de l'accueil, à part une toujours agréable et serviable, les autres dont deux particulièrement odieuses, condescendantes , n'écoutent pas les réclamations, coupent la parole. En fait, ils ne faut surtout rien leur demander ! Par ailleurs, ne comptez pas avoir les chaînes canal plus, j'ai réclamé à plusieurs reprises. On m'a sorti une explication bidon comme quoi le technicien canal plus s'était trompé dans les réglages mais bon sur 3 semaines, je pense que cela aurait pû être solutionné ! Et quand j'ai demandé à l'homme d'entretien sensé intervenir, il m'a répondu que si je ne savais pas me servir d'une télécommande, c'était pas son problème !
