La Bastide de Barbizon is a truly charming place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The room we stayed in was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with many little details that made it feel special and personal. Everything was spotlessly clean and tastefully arranged, creating a cosy and relaxing environment.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was prepared with great care and love, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients and a lovely variety each morning. You could really feel the personal touch in everything that was served.

The only minor drawbacks during our stay were the weak and sometimes unreliable Wi-Fi connection, which could be an issue if you need to stay connected. Also, our room was located under the roof, and during warm days it got quite hot – a fan or some form of cooling would have made a noticeable difference.

All in all, we had a wonderful time and would gladly return. It's a place with real character, run by people who genuinely care about their guests’ comfort...

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Bastide de Barbizon. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par le calme des lieux et l’accueil chaleureux de Claire et Fred, toujours aux petits soins. La propreté irréprochable et la décoration raffinée apportent une touche d’élégance qui nous a beaucoup plu.||Le service est impeccable, tout en nous laissant cette agréable sensation d’être comme à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région.||Nous avons également profité d’un massage en duo : une expérience incroyable ! Les masseuses sont douces, attentives à nos besoins, et le moment était des plus relaxants. Nous avons aussi réservé une balade à cheval dans les environs, une belle manière de profiter du cadre naturel exceptionnel.||Un week-end parfait pour se ressourcer, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir...
