My aunt and I have been regular customer for 20 years. It has changed ownership on 1 april 2025. Everything has changed even though the chief has stayed along.
Not the same ambiance, service and food quality. Waited longer than normal for menu- 15 + min plus waited long to get meal. We ordered " tete de veau" and chicken- veg plater with egg/mayo. Tete de veau was very good, except it had a black hair in the meat. See pic. I informed waiter who did not say a word. Chicken with Vegs was terrible. Chicken leg was dry no taste. And veg was soaked in some sauce. We complained to owner.
So there is no comparison between old owner and new owners. I will not return.

Reservation for lunch was super smooth, the evening before on WhatsApp (ask for “exterieur” for their lovely outdoor space ).
Portions are BIG, which prepare one for the 10km walk in the forest if that’s your thing.
Started with the terrines combo (enough for 3), the carpaccio and the bourguignon were great too.
