Having worked with some of the world’s greatest hospitality innovators, it’s incredibly refreshing and reassuring to discover new gems which have not been corrupted by corporate cookie-cutting or Insta-fame …

We stayed in the house La Secrète in August and it was a treat. Super charming, very comfortable, great setup with shared pool area, breakfast area, different gardens, bikes at hand, slept like logs and woke up to a superb “opt-in” breakfast.. especially catering to those with gluten allergies or vegan requirements.

The host Vincent is amazing, always attentive, easy communication, caring and one really can feel the love and soul he has transmitted to this location. Attention to detail, impeccable taste and true comfort - what else can one ask for? Here is a reminder about the beauty and joys of travel for relaxation .. no bling and no overbearing design nonsense! These are the real hospitality host leaders of the 21st Century.

We even self-catered a little as the place was so comfortable, we didn’t want to leave on certain days ! Caught a few yoga classes (with Roxanne- thanks also!) in the garden and by the pool, and plenty of lazy siestas on the various chairs dotted around the property..

The village of Bois Plage de Ré is somewhat centrally located making this an excellent base to enjoy all of île de Ré, don’t think twice about booking this...

Just home from a wonderful visit to Ile de Re for a special occasion. Our stay and place at Maisons 322 couldn’t have been better. We stayed in a beautiful, meticulously updated home which was part of a fabulous compound. So many thoughtful details, but even more than this, every need and want was attended to by Vincent, the owner who can’t do enough to make his guests comfortable and happy. We’ve been to Ile de Re many times but this time was made extra special because of the magical blend of our private curated surroundings, access to the boutique B&B with pool and the care shown by Vincent who gave us recommendations for a close and uncrowded beach, fantastic massage therapist and favorite restaurants. This personalized care created the ingredients for a truly special and memorable experience. Most rentals in Ile de Re are weekly, but there is the option to rent rooms in the stunning boutique B&B for a shorter visit… definitely a plus as flying to La Rochelle from London is very easy and means a long weekend is a possibility -something we will definitely do in the future. We had the most wonderful time and can’t wait to go back! Would highly recommend Maisons 322 for an all around...

We had the most wonderful stay at Maison 322 – what an absolute gem of a place. From the very first email, Vincent’s warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine love for his hotel shone through and set the tone for our whole experience.

The gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and elegant setting, while the pools are simply outstanding – the moving floor design was both impressive and reassuringly safe. Every detail in the décor, from our room to the communal spaces, has been so carefully considered and the result is stunning. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to completely relax.

The atmosphere throughout Maison 322 is serene, welcoming, and calm – a perfect balance of luxury and comfort where you instantly feel at home. Vincent and his team have truly created something special here.
