Area De Coulette — Hotel in Largentière

Very disappointing ending on a great vacation.

To be fair the house was fine and clean and the check-out went well. We had a great stay and was pleased UNTIL we received an email and an invoice where we were to pay for a broken glass in a showcase, a broken trashcan and pay for extra cleaning and a new filter for the jacuzzi.

We were quite surprised since we had not broken these things so we kindly replayed with our side of this. Then the communication went off, and they insinuated that my family was lying to me about braking the things and when not accepting their explanation about to much urin in the jacuzzi, they suddenly claimed that a staff had seen a child urinate in the pool (without telling who and when). So surreal and unprofessional.

Then the invoice amount was automatically withdrawn from our deposit (They use Swickly, check them out on Trustpilot, not good). And the communication stopped. They simply stopped replying even though we twice asked for elaboration and details on the child-urinating-observation.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Domain coulette . From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Emilie was prompt making the process hassle free upon arrival. We were warmly greeted, and the house was immaculately clean and beautiful. The amenities provided were top notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with walking distance to the town Vallon Pont D’Arc. Un séjour inoubliable entre amis. Nous y avons séjourné 3 jours à 17 et tout à été parfait du début à la fin, même le temps pour un mois d'Octobre était de la partie. Le MAS est vraiment magnifique. Il bénéficie d’un cadre exceptionnel au milieu des oliviers, les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est bien pensé et décoré avec goût. Rien ne manque au niveau vaisselle et appareils ménagers. Nous avons pu profiter de toutes les infrastructures pour nous amuser et nous détendre ( piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, sauna, billard, baby-foot, fléchettes). Tout est vraiment pensé pour passer de bons moments. Pour couronner le tout, l'accueil de Sandrine était parfait.
