Ours was a business trip to Nantes and the staff at the hotel were, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Great service, good food and a decent bar.||I had three large Tote boxes delivered to the hotel the day before we arrived and collected the day after we left. There was no charge for this which was wonderful. ||If you pushed me for any criticism at all it would be a very minor one. The restaurant there does not operate in the evenings on Saturdays and Sundays. This is no problem though. There are some fantastic restaurants within a few hundred metres, Check out Poivre Rouge (great for families with young children) and Leon de Bruxelles. The latter having a fantastic variety of seafood. ||Moules to die for!!|| The hotel is well out of the center of Nantes but is well worth the extra journey for the savings you'll make on city center hotel prices. || We'll be back at some...

Rooms ok. No soap in shower mind. Breakfast was a complete joke. Came down, there was no plates, no staff, I was just left standing here like an absolute fool. Then when the plates were brought out there was no eggs. No bacon. The young girl who seemed to be working on her own brought out a plate of scrambled eggs that looked like they needed another 10 mins cooking. “Slop” After almost a 1000 mile drive I woke to eat and ended up with a plate of bread due to there being nothing else other than runny eggs. and a selection of breads. Absolutely joke. By the way I came done at 9.30 am so it was busy. Any time the girl brought anything out it was snapped...
