-i came here for my 18th birthday trip from 26th dec - 2nd dec and it was amazing. the staff were so nice and helpful and gave us so much help when it came to directions of where to go in paris. -there was a situation where my family and i were using the metro, to get to my birthday dinner, which was a cruise dinner along the river seine. long story short, when we were at the train station 🚇 the train came and the rest of my family went on, but me being distracted i didn’t notice it and then before i know it the doors closed on me and the train went away🚊 i was petrified but i went on the next train to get to them, but me not knowing, my family got off their train at the next stop and took the other train to go back to the hotel as they thought that i would go back there to be safe. -when they went to the hotel they told the staff about the situation and they were so understanding and helpful and they tried their best to calm my family down since i literally went missing…on my birthday…which made it worse. -honestly the story of how i was found is so hectic and long, but by God’s grace i found my family and we ended up being on time for my dinner on the boat which was another blessing because if i wasn’t found on time we would’ve missed it which would’ve been devastating since it had been something i was excited for. -it was my first time in paris and truly a moment i will forever cherish with my family. -the hotel is amazing, and the breakfast is amazing too. plus i loved the area of it as well since there nice apartments and restaurants/shops. we were away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of paris. -to get to paris from the hotel is around 40 mins there and back by train which is a bit of a hastle but it worked for us. we would travel into paris for the day and then go back on the train to get to the hotel which was in a nice quiet area. -i enjoyed the trip so much and im happy that i still got to enjoy my...

TODAY THE DATE IS 28/8/2024 I came here yesterday evening, and I am international traveller. Madhu company organise all the things in this hotel and we have tour today, and we went Disneyland and drop all my important luggage. Everything written my jewellery. Everything in my bag and I left in this hotel because I’m leaving here for another one day, but unfortunately somebody unlocked my room for cleaning. I don’t know it’s cleaning or what but my luggage was there and this is not good, because if I’m living over there for couple of days, I didn’t give it to you any permission. You can’t unlock my room without my permission and I want to complaint, but right now a lady who has shifted right now in the evening. She said I don’t know about this one and cleaned my room and they left somebody here in my washroom. This is not hygienic , share the pics If somebody is still in something who will responsible for that, please reply my review, okay? my room was cleaned, but without my permission, they entered in my room and they said they clean, but it’s not hygienic and it’s very disrespectful. The lady she didn’t talk to...

Unfortunately we had to stay for 1 night as we were part of a tour group & to be honest, it was one of the worst stay we ever had, by the end of it we were happy & relieved we left.

Firstly the place is miles away from Paris, the staff is very rude & racist, the reception was shouting on top of his voice on our coach driver while he was trying to get through the compound gate.

There are two small lifts to go on the upper floor, when we asked the bellboy where is the second lift he said ‘sand on the side let the French guest pass & he will show us’ he took them to the far end of the corridor & started talking (that’s what we thought later to realise they were waiting for the second lift) he then came back & when we asked again he said ‘ I am not sure where the second lift is)

The rooms are terrible with no air conditioning,, the thermostat didn’t work, no fan no ventilation.

Worst breakfast I ever had, empty buffet, no refills, burnt pastry.

Only choose it if you don’t have any...
