Edgar Suites - Expo Paris Porte de Versailles — Hotel in Paris

This was my first time in Paris and I really wanted to make sure my sister and I stayed at a good comfortable, and convenient place. Well, this was beyond of our expectations. It definitely raised the bar to a very prestigious place and simply beautiful. We loved every minute spent in the apartment. Walking distance from Eiffel Tower. About 5 groceries stores in the area. A great restaurant right at the corner of the building. A delicious patisserie right across the street from the restaurant. Our last day in Paris during our stay was my bday, and I only wanted to stay in and celebrate with a nice bottle of wine instead of going out. I love comfort and that’s how we felt staying at Edgar Suites🙌🏻☺️ In order for others to understand how convenient is to rent an apartment like this rather go to a hotel is the fact that you have a nice small kitchen where you can make breakfast or dinner. We really enjoyed this part. The building has a laundry place and to have this it was a priority for us, free to use at any time. It had all the small things we always need, like a small ironing board instead of the big one that I always have the hardest time to close it. It had a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, and my sister’s favorite thing it had a dishwasher. It also had a fridge, there was also enough room to store your travel bags in the apartment.

Edgar Suites has a cool and comfortable sofa bed that was extremely easy to unfold. I honestly need one of this for my guests. The windows were super clean and it was awesome to see the view from outside. It really matters how clean are the windows, it really gives a different perspective on the view from outside. 😄

I definitely recommend Edgar Suites for short but especially for long stays! This place is affordable, great staff. We were greeted and made sure we are ok with everything on our first day. This was our first experience with an apart-hotel and it was a great one!|| ||The location: is in the 15th arrondissement, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, but within a very short walking distance from the Lourmel metro station (purple line, number 8). Getting from the apartment to downtown and to all the key landmarks was extremely easy. Moreover, there are numerous convenience/grocery stores within minutes, great restaurants and cafes, and pretty much everything else you might need or want. There is also a Boulangerie right at the corner of the street but unfortunately it was closed during our stay and we did not get to experience their breads or pastries. The neighborhood felt like a very safe area, family friendly, with many joggers, people walking their dogs or enjoying a coffee/drink on one of the many terraces in the area.||||The building and room: nice, clean building with a modern touch and French flair. The apartment was nice, clean and spacious enough for the four of us even with the sofa bed pulled out. Had everything we needed - the kitchenette was fully equipped; there was coffee, salt and pepper, oil for cooking. ||||The arrival/departure logistics and interactions with staff: the building and room access details were communicated to us the day before our arrival and worked perfectly. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very kind staff member (Edgardo) who made sure that we have everything we need, we know how everything works, etc. We received daily check in emails to make sure we had eveything we need. The last day, the property kindly accommodated our request to keep our bags there after check out and until we departed to the airport.||||The cherry on top: upon arrival you are greeted at the apartment with a complimentary bottle of chilled champagne, chocolates and an Edgar Suites tote bag for shopping. Our family had a wonderful (first) visit/vacation to Paris, and staying at Edgar Suites was one of the reasons why it was so memorable. Even leading up to the time of our arrival, Edgar was so responsive to questions, and helped in our planning - providing assistance with transportation from CDG, details about the suite's amenities, and recommendations for local services, cafes, boulangeries, and restaurants. The location was perfect - a little quieter (just what we were seeking) than some tourist heavy areas, with the Metro stop and many stores nearby. We had the feel of being residents, not tourists, in Paris! The apartment was well decorated, very clean and modern, with a nicely equipped kitchen, convenient code locks, a very friendly housekeeping staff, and some thoughtful treats awaiting in our room. Edgar also reached out to us during our stay to be sure everything was to our liking, and promptly responded to some additional needs and requests that we had.
