I've rented over 3 places in my time in France over 3 years, been to 15 real estate offices, most of them who would discriminate me by choosing European tenants to an Indian like me, a CDI over a student/young employee like me. Christophe has been nothing short of the best service. I walked into his office by chance after being fed up off being turned out by 5 other real estate office that day and I never looked back! His hallmark qualities are honesty, integrity, punctuality and empathy. While most real estate agents would try ripping you off to get most money out of you, both in India and France sighting the most sly of reasons which has happened to me to the point that I just internally consider the security deposit to be part of the agency fees believing that I am not getting it back, it was refreshing to see someone as honest and understanding as Christophe in the business enough to even let him do my exit inventory by himself and just blindly signing the entry inventory without losing a single euro in the process! :) Thanks Christophe, wish you the best, take care, will come to you for an apartment next time I come back to...
