We booked and paid room for 6 nights. When we arrived there pretty late in the night we were told they dont have our booking on their system and they dont have a room for us. Thats something u want to hear after traveling for over 10 hours right? As there was no rooms avaible they had to place us in a room that was under renovation (painting walls). They offered us free breakfast for this mistake but that breakfast was just dry croissant and yoghurts, I would not call that breakfast.. we were highly dissapointed and its hard to recommend this place, atleast with these prices!
Good things about the hotel +good location +near metro +many restaurants and grocery stores/markets near +we got the biggest room in hotel +room was okay
Bad things -our room was not ready/finished -quite expensive for this low quality hotel -no minibar -charging phones was difficult -nightstand broken -poor breakfast that would have been expensive (happy we didnt pay for it)
I loved the street and the area, and the size of our room. It was also nice that our windows were towards the street side. Otherwise I would not recommend the hotel if you wanted comfortable stay. When u arrived to hotel there was no signs where the hotel name was written (and we couldnt find it first) and the carpet in reception is almost black (and it seems the original color was white) so it says enough about the hotel’s level in general.. And if u wonder why the man in the second photo is not sitting on sofa or chair in the reception is because there was none! While we waited that they would get us a room we had to sit on the floor or stand and wait middle of the night after traveling 10h and my...
Read moreFirstly, seeing the other prices in Paris, it was a very cheap one, also it was close to the city center! We hoped it was a good choice, and after all I was satisfied with it! I would recommend it to everyone who do not want to spend too much money and feel comfortable in a smaller room too. But we go to Paris because we want to see the city and not to stay in the room all day! About the room. They give us a big room but we didn't like it's red color so we asked for a new one. They were kind and flexible, so we got a new one, which was smaller, but more elegant and simple, beautiful. We just stayed there during the nights, so it was enough for us. The bathroom was very little, but we could go in without any problem. (If you are a bigger person, maybe it is not the best choice.) The location was very good, we walked 5mins for the metro and 2 mins for the bus. You can go everywhere with metro, it's better than the bus (they have an awesome traffic, a 15 mins metro trip took 40 mins by bus). The center is 15-20 mins by metro. Also there are shops, bekeries, a Carrefour City, restaurants, fast food places.. So you have everything nearby. The staff was very friendly, they helped us a lot and as I mentioned they were very flexible. Good job! Also the room was always clean, they changed the towels and the blanket for example when I accidentally begrimed it with the raspberry. So all in all, we were satisfied with the services, very well done! And thank you for...
Read moreThe room facing the street was extremely noisy almost all night long, at least for Saturday, the day we stayed. It was due to a pizza place/bar next door and we were on the sixth floor. We thought that people might finished their very late dinner, the store might close around midnight, and it would be quiet, but No No No!! It became a bar! They turned up music speaker or something. People talked and sang even louder!! Of course they also smoked a lot and some smoke came up for us to smell.|Unfortunately it was quite hot in Paris now. There was no A/C in this room so closing the window was not a feasible option. Terrible night! I couldn't believe that all these residents around this street could stand up such noise in this residential street. Just one restaurant/bar could do such demage!|The corridor was under some kind of repainting with masking tapes and floor cover everywhere and a bit of smells. I was surprise that they could sell rooms this way!|This hotel is located in an alley closed to metro, bus, and Montmartre. The room and bathroom are small, yet quite clean. There is not much space to put bags and luggages....
