Hôtel Première Classe Pau Bizanos — Hotel in Pau

We arrived here following a long drive from the UK, after arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a sign advising the reception was closed and to head for the reception at the Campanille hotel, we were met by a very friendly lady who checked us in and gave us details about breakfast.||We then walked back to the hotel and on entering the rooms we were nearly knocked out by the smell of tobacco smoke like someone had smoked themselves to within an inch of their lives, we then went to the room my daughters were in and this was even worse, so we headed back to reception to state the rooms were uninhabitable and the lady was apologetic and changed our rooms and we then returned to check these out, only to once again find the rooms smelling like a smokers death room so I returned to reception to be told sorry the management is not here so nothing we could do, so for my health after being in hospital after suffering badly with COVID and my family we had no option but to check out and booked into another hotel which had smoke free rooms.||This hotel said we cannot stop people smoking in the rooms and could only apologise and if you do complain cannot offer a refund as no manager at the hotel also I asked the reception about fire safety if this is happening and got a shrug of the shoulders very concerning attitude to guest safety.||Will be fighting this all the way and will never stay at a premiere classe ever again if this is how guests...

Hôtel, qui possède un parking fermé, un ascenseur, une climatisation. Contrairement à beaucoup d’autres hôtel premiere classe les chambres de celui-ci sont entièrement fermé par un couloir, il n’y a pas d’accès sur l’extérieur sans redescendre par l’accueil. Sensation de confort dans cet hôtel, l’accueil de l’hôtel, la moquette des couloirs. Hôtel très propre, autant la chambre que les parties communes. La chambre est spacieuse, je trouve que contrairement à d’autres hôtels Premiere classe, la salle d’eau est spacieuse propre est plutôt agréable, notamment la robinetterie qui est très bien contrairement à d’autres hôtels Premiere classe. L’isolation est légèrement mieux que dans certains autres hôtels première classe.

Il manque d’explication pour certains distributeurs de boisson qui sont ouvert par le personnel à qui récolte la monnaie donc certains ont l’apparence d’un distributeur mais n’en sont pas. Présence d’un agent la nuit.

Cependant, si vous arrivez en soirée, il se peut que sa prise de service n’ait pas encore commencé. Dans ce cas, il faudra vous rendre à l’accueil de l’hôtel Campanile, campanile qui partage le parking avec le Première Classe, pour récupérer les clés de votre chambre. Cela devrait être indiqué au RDC ou lors de la réservation. À noter : la dame de l’accueil de nuit du Campanile n’est pas...

A couple of minor niggles: No complimentary shower gel: as an air traveller, I was relying on this due to the fluid restrictions in carry-on bags. Also shower curtain wasn't brilliant and the shower head was slightly faulty. ||However... Excellent proximity to Pau FC (purpose of visit) and Burger King just across the road for a convenient meal.
