There are many reasons to make Prades a centre for visiting this area of the Languedoc-Roussillon..the Tuesday market, Romanesque churches and abbeys,||Picturesque towns and villages galore,not to mention the impressive scenery. ||A stay at the Maison Prades as guests of Benoit and Robson ranks up there with||The above. These gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. ||The B and B was easy to find just a few minutes from the main square.||Parking on the street was never a problem, and there is also private parking in the rear. ||Our room,the Lilac room,although it faced the street,was well sound proofed,and though there is no air conditioning the ceiling fan worked just fine. The room had plenty of space for two,and is comfy. The back garden is a pretty oasis of calm to relax in at the end of the day,and the sitting room lovely.||Our hosts were so helpful and fun, and they make a stay here memorable. They could not do enough for us, and we were lucky enough to enjoy 2 dinners. Robson is a wonderful cook,and we really appreciated these two special evenings. It was a chance to mix with other guests and to get to know our hosts.
