Le café de la Paix — Restaurant in Prades

At first i red some reviews to see if this place would be worth it. Reviews seemed to be fine so we specifically went to this place instead of a small café we had drunk something just before. But oh boy oh boy was that a mistake. This was probably one of the worst restaurants i have been at in at the past 6 months . The food was decent so I'm not gonna go too deep into that, but the service was just straight up embarrassing. As a non-French speaking tourist it's almost impossible to order or ask for anything. The waiters don't take any time to listen to you or give the slightest bit of service. We asked for a bottle of ketchup , the waiter mumbles 'oui', doesn't make any eye contact and doesn't even stop walking to listen to the question. When he came back with our ketchup he again doesn't stop walking and just puts the ketchup on the table and walks away. Just mind blowing. And that wasn't even it... I had the pleasure of dining at Le Café de la Paix in Prades and was thoroughly impressed. The monkfish dish I ordered was exceptional—perfectly cooked with a delicate, flavorful sauce that complemented the fish beautifully. The presentation was elegant, and the portion size was generous.

Probably the worst pizza I ever had. The dough was burnt beyond salvage.
