The area is beautiful, unfortunately the hotel doesn't appear to cater for the disabled family and the room we stayed in was totally inadequate for myself with limited movement, my wife the carer and my 6ft son. When we questioned about the room as it was meant to be disabled access they said they only have disabled access double rooms and would not swap us into the correct room with the boy in his own room. So I couldn't use the bathroom or shower as it was a 10inch step into the shower with no grab rails! Instead I had to travel down in the lift 2 floors to the lobby and use the disabled toilet there. In the morning we found out the disabled room opposite ours had someone in it for the same night who wasn't even disabled and complained about being given the room as she wasn't disabled! When it came to breakfast I wish I hadn't paid it was terribly understocked and not even that good. Will I stay there again......... NO. NEVER. NOT...

Everybody does this so be aware of fighting noises, snoring, street sounds etc. This is not what you expact of an ibis hotel.||There is parking right across the street, it is fenced in and you pay 4,-...

On departure you will be charged for how many nights you have parked in the courtyard. Not once did we... But we always found a free space on the street (especially Rue Libergier). The cost is about 2-4 EUR/night. The hotel is in a busy area, we were lucky because our room overlooked the inner courtyard. Breakfast was very varied and delicious for a 3 star hotel. We arrived home late one night, but the bar has pizzas (heated) which are delicious. The staff at reception are very polite...
