À conseiller absolument, Sophie vous fera vous sentir comme à la maison! Situé au cœur du village de Saint-Aignan, au calme, cette magnifique maison vous accueille les bras ouverts. Les chambres sont décorées avec soin (le papier peint est incroyable!), le lit et la literie sont très confortable, la douche à l’italienne est parfaite et le gel douche qui y est fourni transforme votre douche en un instant cocooning avec effet immédiat! La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse pour y ouvrir deux valises moyennes sans empiéter sur le coin relax où les deux fauteuils et la table basse avec lecture vous tendent les bras. Et le petit déjeuner vaut le voyage à lui tout seul sans hésitation! Tout ça à 5 minutes en voiture du zoo de Beauval, et au pied d’une place avec quelques place de parking gratuites et à 5 minutes à pied d’un grand parking gratuit de 140 places, que demander de plus? Rien je crois… :-) Alors allez-y, n’hésitez plus! Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Deuxième séjour pour nous à la maison St-Aignan après un changement de propriétaire ! Sophie, notre nouvelle hôtesse a su mettre sa touche personnelle dans cette si jolie maison ! L'accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est excellente, nous avons très très bien dormi. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et composés de produits du coin. Mention spéciale au boulanger de Saint Aignan !! Table d'hôte sur demande, simple mais excellente avec encore une fois, du fait maison avec des produits locaux ! En un mot, je ne ferai que recommander cette maison d'hôtes, nous y reviendront sans aucun doute la prochaine fois que nous irons au zoo de Beauval ou que nous voudrons visiter cette belle région !

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Sophie. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec soin dans un style brocante antiquaire. Les chambres sont très spacieuse et confortables. Sophie vous accueille comme à la maison. C’est une hôte aux petits soins et tellement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est gourmand. Elle a cœur de mettre en valeur les producteurs locaux sans oublier ses confitures maison délicieuses. On a adoré notre séjour dans la jolie maison Sophie et on adoré notre rencontre avec Sophie 💗

My husband and I have visited Saint Aignan many times to visit friends. In September we stayed 4 nights at La Maison and had a wonderful experience there! The owner, Sophie, is a dear woman and very welcoming. She made it clear that La Maison was “our house” during our stay. We had a lovely room and bath overlooking the square which we enjoyed very much. Sophie makes a delicious breakfast every morning and we ate by candlelight in the dining room. We may be the only English people to stay here, but worry not: English is spoken!||Right in the middle of town, this is an elegant old house with large rooms, fully modernised. The only minor hiccup is parking: there is short term parking in the square outside, but also large free and safe municipal park within two minutes.||Warm welcome, simple but excellent breakfast. We didn't eat an evening meal (available on request, I think) but Valerie is a former restaurant owner.||All in all, well worth...

With friends living in St. Aignan we needed a place to stay that fit our activities in the area-close by yet of the quality we like. Outside of the big cities this can be a challenge but the warmth with which our hosts took care of us was absolutely perfect. This is a large very old house in the middle of this very old small city with 3 guest accommodations that are modern and quite comfortable. We will always stay here when we are in St. Aignan and the Loire. The photo is in the 1000 year...
