We spent a week here in March. It is a lovely boutique hotel with a few drawbacks.
What's Great: The hotel is recently renovated and looks very nice.
The location is amazing, just above Nikki Beach and Eden Rock. The hill going down is quite steep but takes less than 1 minute to walk down.
The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. The concierge will text you via WhatsApp on arrival. It's great because you have constant contact with whoever is on duty to make or change reservations throughout your stay.
The A/C worked great in the room.
The breakfast (which is included) was good and could be delivered to your room if you didn't feel like going to the restaurant to eat each morning.
The main pool was relaxing yet still had music and a vibe during the day. The pool is on the smaller side but never felt crowded. You can also order drinks and food.
Drawbacks: Rooms: Some of the rooms are definitely on the smaller side. The pool suite rooms are a nice size but the jungle room was too small for me.
Restaurant: I didn't love the food at the restaurant.
Housekeeping: This was definitely hit or miss. We brought 2 drinks back fro the bar the first night we arrived and the empty glasses with lime sat on the desk for the next 3-4 days. They also didn't empty the trash daily so some days the wastebaskets were overflowing.
Turndown: They do not provide any bottles of water in your room daily. This is a small point but for $2,000 a night, you shouldn't have to pay 10 Euros for water.
Overall, beautiful hotel and great staff. I would stay here again. Book a pool or ocean suite, you will be...
