Our family of 4 stayed for the weekend of the FRA-CRO match and very much enjoyed this conference-type hotel in Saint Denis, on the outskirts of Paris. ||||I have diamond Wyndham status so that may have helped. We booked 2 rooms so there was plenty of space for the parents and two teenagers. Both rooms were automatically on the 24th floor with lots of space and great views of the city and stadium.||||Both hotel rooms had 2 separate rooms (with doors) within them, separating the shower/sink from the toilet…. an amazing treat for a European hotel. Hotel is very clean throughout. Our superior level rooms were soundproofed. Excellent firm mattresses which the adults enjoyed. ||||The hotel is brand new, with modern / high-tech finishes throughout. The elevators are coded to your hotel card, so you can only go to your floor and the 38th level gym (its an amazing gym with wraparound views, a yoga studio, assault bikes! and multiple weight training options). ||||Both of our superior rooms had AC controls, mini-fridges (some rooms’ / prices do not offer such), coffee makers, kettles and safes. Ice was obtained via guest services… no ice maker on the floors, like most European hotels. ||||Received welcome drinks with my hotel status. Did not partake in the 30€/person buffet breakfast. ||||As described by others, you have to make a daily reservation to use the 40th floor pool for 1 hr… I recommend making your pool reservations upon returning to the hotel lobby so you to get a dedicated swipe card to go to the 40th from your floor. Otherwise, you must go back to the lobby for the pool card when you figure out your hotel card doesn’t allow direct access. ||||The hotel is a 30-minute walk to/from the Stade de France along the footbridge and sidewalk. 2 km… a very pleasant walk. Extremely well located if going to the stadium. ||||Metro station is right across the street. Hotel is at M station: Carrefour Pleyel, M14. The stadium is 1 stop over: Stade de France||||The heart of Paris is 8 km / 30 min away on the same M14 line, landing you at Saint Lazare station in Paris Opera district (9th arrondissement). ||||Uber from CDG airport was 30€ … take a set rate ride, as unscrupulous “taxi” drivers will run up the meter claiming this hotel is in the suburbs. Ours got to 100€ before we demanded to be returned to the airport. ||||There is a walk-up bakery stand across the street from the H4 hotel, for all the chocolate croissants, baguettes, sandwiches and espressos you want. Much cheaper prices for all items than the bakery stands in Paris city centre. Very tasty for my Canadian taste buds. ||||There are many nearby restaurants — the neighborhood is suburban and ethnic. There were a lot of kebab, falafel, Asian noodle, fried chicken options. Not many classic French bistros. ||||The uber drive into the city centre, if you don’t take the underground metro, is through the Saint-Ouen Paris neighborhood which for some, may look a little rough. It didn’t affect our hotel stay.. we were in a car. ||||My only observation of “interesting” was that the hotel lobby was very warm in March. I found such a toasty warm hotel lobby after an evening walk back from the stadium, welcoming. But my spouse found it sweltering. ||||Hotel staff were very welcoming and kind for our entire stay. They spoke French and English, plus other languages too. No business centre yet, but the staff printed up documents for me via email. ||||Overall, a great hotel. We’d stay again if we were attending another game at Stade de France. We definitely missed this modern new hotel when we moved to next hotel in central Paris. ||||Thanks for...

Read moreHi, i hope this review helps people to make a decision if they gonna stay in this hotel or not, i will try to keep my personal feelings about this place out of the question and list just facts for you so you can decide.
Room - room was clean and smelling nice. We stayed on 36th floor, nice view of the city. Room doesn’t have a fridge, mini bar or anywhere you can keep your drink cold. Also there is no wardrobe or closet, so you will have to keep your things in suitcase. Toilet is another room separate from the shower, so when you use the toilet, to wash your hands, you have to go to room that has showers. AC is pretty good and quiet. TV is working and it has speaker in shower room so you can listen while you’re showering or getting ready.
Service - I want to say that people that work here are nice, and it is not their fault that we are dealing with inconveniences like:
To use the pool you need to reserve a time slot of 1 hour, and get different card that grants you an access to 40th floor where it’s located. So, when i need to use the pool, i need to go from 36 floor to reception to get a new key, and then go to 40th floor to use the pool. And i need to return pool card.
There is no ice machine anywhere in the building to use, so if you need any ice after 10pm, you are done. Of course i already mentioned above not having a fridge, so your drink will be warm.
To access the bar on the rooftop you, of course, need to reserve your spot and again go to reception to ask someone to let you up.
There is no 24hr access to any drink or snack machine (vending or in hotel store) or something of that sorts for any emergency or something.
Pool is pretty small and limited, so it doesn’t really hit the spot, so you won’t be any amazed by it.
Gym is clean, it has everything you would need for workout. There’s complementary water for the guests, but it is on room temperature bottles lined up, and no fridge around. Also no alcohol or something to wipe after yourself if you made machines sweaty.
Location of the hotel is pretty good, it is literally 1 minute walk from the metro that takes you anywhere.
Food wise, we didn’t use buffet that was offered for 30€ per person, instead we were ordering food and it was better and cheaper that way.
Now my personal opinion, if you don’t care much about the amenities, and need clean room where you sleep and easy access to the transportation system, and want to be out of city, this could be good option. Personally, i have mixed feelings about this hotel but i know i won’t be coming here anymore, especially after these inconveniences. We paid good amount not to have fridge and ice, limited access to pool and bar, no robes, sleepers… We had premium king bed room on high floor.
Anyway, this was experience of our stay in this hotel, hope this helps for you to make your decision.
I shared some pictures that might help. Cup with ice is what we got when we asked for some ice...
