Overal experience is good. Location next to the tram is great and very practical. Apartment very clean and in good state. Service needs to improve significantly. They don't inform customers how to enter the hotel and access their room keys after the reception is closed. I sent an email saying we will arrive after 8 pm and the only answer I got from Niko was that the reception closes at 6 pm the weekend, no information on how to get in. I had to call the hotel from the fast speed train to ask about the access codes, only then I got an email with the instructions. 2 days after I got an email telling me my payment was pending, but I was never informed that we were supposed to pay on arrival. We also saw on the second day of our stay a family that wasn't able to get a hold of you on the phone and didn't get the access codes and was there in the cold for hours waiting to get an answer to be able to access their room. We couldn't help them because the access codes we got weren't valid anymore. On booking.com you still mention you have a 24/7 reception when it actually closes very early. The hotel needs to become more proactive and email each customer informing them if you arrive after the reception is closed this is how you get your key and you need to prepare the keys for all customers that don't do checkin during reception hours, your never know if their flights or trains will be delayed. Also the don't provide more than 2 rolls of toilet paper with the claim that's "a serviced apartment". We were there during the Christmas holidays and all stores...
Read moreAVOID: Read on if you want to know why.||||The name "Aparthotel" is highly deceptive. This is not a hotel in anyway. It's just a poorly maintained and badly service apartment block. What was wrong?||||- Parking access is impossible. We arrived after the "reception" had closed (what "hotel" closes it's reception), so there was no way to enter the locked car park. Managed to get in with help from other residents.||- Access to reception from car park is through a dark and smelly underground car park, but even that route was locked later in the evening, so had to exit to the street, walk right round the building and in from the from the front. (after walking across muddy grass)||- Apartment floor was gritty and not swept.||- Light in main room did not work and had some dodgy wiring hanging from ceiling.||- Condition of bathroom was poor, dirty/rusty radiator, tatty cupboards, towels that could barely soak up water.||- Sheets on beds too small and wont tuck under.||||Ordinarily I would not make this kind of review here, but would make my comments to he "hotel" directly. But that's the issue, you cant, there is no one around to comment to.||||On the good side it is cheap, but you get what...
Read moreI stayed for a 2 days trip with my family. The experience was ok in general. Staff was friendly they answered all my questions patiently, good parking spaces and very good connectivity with public transport to the city. What could possibly be better, room cleanliness , one of the rooms had bugs near curtains. I paid for the break fast but it was not full service breakfast half of the things you have to cook on your own . Didn’t feel like Accor experience. And then if I book an apart hotel from a reputed brand I don’t expect to clear up the garbage from the room this was really strange for me. On top of that being a member I thought I would get some points for my stay but despite booking directly from all platform I get the message that this stay won’t get you any points for some strange logic. Last but not the least you need to remember so many passwords to get in, get out open the parking etc . That summarises pretty much my stay and...
