After reading all the negative reviews, I was initially a bit hesitant to book, but having just returned from a 4-night stay, I can honestly say I have no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout however there are limited staffing hours . While the rooms were small and basic, they were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful, which was a great bonus. Breakfast was decent, too. The lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience, but nothing too bothersome for me . The boot and ski room is conveniently located nearby. The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and only 10 minutes to the gondola. The hotels location is superb. We questioned booking due to the horrendous reviews! We treated the staff with kindness and in return can only say they were friendly.||We didn't eat breakfast. The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny. It's very basic and having no lift would be hard for some ||Rooms are not cleaned and towels etc just left in a corridor should you need then.||We paid a cheap price and just treated it as somewhere to sleep.
