My husband, 3 children and myself recently stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel staff are lovely, helpful and helped us with all our needs. I am disabled and they were great at helping me when needed, the cleaners came every day and cleaned our room, made the beds, gave us fresh towels and new toilet paper. The rooms, hallways and grounds are all clean and tidy. The bus service to disneyland and the train station to visit other places in France are great, the buses get very busy and sadly people are rude and push and shove. This includes pushing young children and disabled people to get on the bus before them. No one has manners on these buses and its every person for themself. Many times I had to be held up by my daughter and husband because no one would offer a seat. The bus staff are great though, my son left his mobile on the bus on our last day at the park. The bus staff went out of there way to drive the mobile back to our hotel in there own car to my very greatful tearful son. The reason for a 3* review... Ants at breakfast, all round by the coffee and juice stations were ants, running about, squashed, and pretty much not what you expect in a hotel. The price of a cup of coffee is ridiculous, either from the vending machine or at the bar. They are tiny cups of coffee aswell. Drinks in general are expensive there is no kettles in the rooms to make yourself hot drinks and no water stations in the hotel to fill bottles. If travelling with babies, bring your own travel kettle, they charge for hot water for baby bottles! On the whole, if you are looking for somewhere just to sleep then this is not a bad option. Family rooms are comfortable and the regular free shuttle is great. I would advise stocking up in drinks and snacks from a local Supermarket as its all very expensive at the hotel.

If you’re looking for one of the more budget friendly options near Disneyland Paris, and you’re not looking to spend much time at the hotel, this is a safe bet. If you’re looking for anything extra or luxurious, you won’t find it here, but it is also less kitschy than other options in the area. We stayed in the smallest room they offer, and it was enough room for two adults who don’t unpack their suitcases anyways. Shower was good, bed could have been less stiff (though that’s a European thing), and the TV signal was messed up during some light rain, which was annoying. But hey, it served its purpose. While there is free breakfast, it’s nothing special, but will satisfy most non-Americans. There aren’t really any other food options in the area besides going to Disney itself. The hotel does offer a bar and snacks in the evening though, which was nice. And I gotta say, I found the pack of lighters in the vending machines kind of funny. The shuttle bus to Disney runs fairly often, but it’s split between several hotels, and can therefore get pretty packed in the morning and returning home at night. Also, be wary that the bus does not always drop you off at the same point you’ll be picked up. At the time of my visit in October 2023, the bus was picking people up back to the hotels at stop Q at the bus loop next to the train station. This hotel definitely caters to European families, so you should probably stay with Disney themselves if you’re expecting anything more. I think I’ll try a different hotel next time I visit, but I can’t say this is an awful hotel at all. Just average, and fairly priced considering the expensive cost at other hotels in the area.

When we got to the hotel the staff were great and after my limited French ran out very happy to converse in English. We were dealt with reasonably quickly and given our park tickets, then told there were no rooms available until 3 (we expected this to be the case, it would have been nice if it were otherwise). We were then told that we could store bags in the bag room but we would have to pay for that service (this is not mentioned in the information for the hotel).|I went back to the hotel after 3 to check in, the shuttle buses were very full and were serving 5 hotels in that area so take longer than expected to get back and forth to the parks.|The rooms are a reasonable size but the bathroom is small when you have 4 people in a room, although the beds and linen were clean, the matresses themselves were very hard and i found them impossible to sleep on (i was absolutely shattered as were my wife and the kids) and none of them slept well, there were school children on trips running around and being noisy until very late, I am a teacher and understand what kids that are excited can be like but again was dissapointed that this was the case. When the bus did come it took us to another hotel where we were offloaded onto another bus where the driver had to reorganise seats and clear paperwork of seats so we could actually sit down. We were dropped of a good 15 minute fast walk from our terminal.|All in all it felt a bit like we were an afterthought in the vast Disney moneymaking machine and that after we had paid we were forgotten about. We enjoyed the experience of the parks even though neither myself or my wife can ride the roller coasters and am just glad we were able to not let a poor hotel and service spoil the overall experience. I understand why people will keep on using this hotel as it is the cheapest (still not cheap however) out of the hotels that serve Disney. The 28 euros spent on storing luggage for 2 days would have paid for sonething else on the park, when you add the money spent in vending machines on water and snacks it is more like 50 euros. I wonder if Walt would have been happy with paying Disney customers being treated in this way. I understand theae are all very much first world problems, however i would not stay at another B and B hotel. I would recomend that if you can afford it to stay...

Honestly, don’t stay here. I don’t know where to start. As a family of 5 we had booked another hotel, unfortunately they had to cancel as we landed in Paris. Our travel agents acted quickly and booked us into B&B Hotel. Our first night was 5 of us in one room. Not B&Bs fault, the next night we was given a second room. Myself and my two year old was given a very small room, with the travel cot up there was no walking space. The room was standard. This was not the issue. There is a tv in the lounge area where you can play the Nintendo Wii. There are 6 seats around this TV, when we sat down we didn’t realise there was a Wii game available, once we realised we asked to play, we was told someone had the remotes already and we had to wait, although these people were no where to be seen. Eventually they came to play the game and asked us to move from these seats, we said we wasn’t able to move as we wanted to sit near to the children’s play area so that I can watch my daughter who is two safely play. My father got up from his seat and I said I will put my daughter in her pram when she came back so that they could play the game and have our two seats. He didn’t like this idea and went to the bar to see Emilie. Emilie was disgustingly rude and said “you need to leave”. To which we explained we don’t need to leave there are no signs stating these seats are for game players only, but also we was not told this when we sat down. I’d like to add that we are a family of 3 adults and two children, one of which has a disability. As he is unable to regulate his emotions he freaked about how rude Emilie was and kicked the table, to which I can agree was unnecessary but unfortunately his emotions got the better. Emilie then proceeded to argue with myself and my father and say that it is wrong for him to act like that, even after we explained his disability. She the continued to shout about me in French, but would not say what she wanted to say in English. It is absolutely disgusting how she speaks to and treats people. Tonight alone I have seen Emilie treat two other guests disgustingly. I do not know how she still has a job. A gentleman came over to ask for some scissors to help him open a toy he had brought for his son, she rolled her eyes as she looked, said nothing and just pointed to the bar and said no, go over there. Extremely rudely, I’m not sure she realises she is paid to do a job and to be kind and polite to people on their holidays. On another occasion two young children came over and asked her to change a note for some coins for the arcade, they were polite and said please, with that she grabbed the note very abruptly from their hand said nothing again, walked off to the bar, got their change and handed it to them, again. Saying nothing. I have honestly in all my life, ever seen such a rude and awful person. To call it a hotel where people stay when they are on holiday and potentially visiting Disneyland is very disappointing, the last thing you need when you get back from Disneyland is to greet her attitude it is enough to ruin your day. I am so disappointed with the ending of our holiday and having to have a full on argument over a grown woman talking bad about a child that has a disability. A gentleman came over to try and resolve the situation, he was understanding of the situation and tried to diffuse the situation, but Emilie was still shouting in French behind him, he sent her away. He did lie though and say that she didn’t understand the situation before asking us to leave the table, but she’s had something against us since we arrived, possibly just don’t like English, but she’s working in a hotel where she will have to deal with English daily, perhaps needs another job. All she had to do was come over to us calmly and try to understand the situation instead of being extremely hostile and telling us to leave. If this woman is still working in this hotel I suggest you steer clear, she’ll ruin it for you and your children. I am honestly disgusted ! Ruined the whole experience for many! I’ll be completely honest, food is mediocre. Rooms are mediocre. For a budget, it’s okay. My issue is more with the staff member and how she treated us and others more than the hotel itself. She needs more training on children with disabilities because she is clearly fortunate enough to not have a family member that is disabled and that is good for her, but she needs a lesson on treating guests with the respect, care and smile that they are paying for!! I wouldn’t recommend if you want the Disney magic, the decor inside was nice but nothing friendly about any of the staff to be honest, they’re all just there to do a job and get paid, it’s okay if your on a budget but if you want somewhere nice I wouldn’t advise. Breakfast is chaos, extremely small dining area for a lot of guests, food was okay. But just okay. Getting the bus with either a pram or a child with a disability is hard work and extremely stressful, as I’d like to add, this wasn’t our first choice was was booked else where in a 4* but sadly ended up here, it did the job, but again, if you want Disney experience definitely don’t stay here, staff are actually quite rude, you notice it the most when you come from Disneyland where all the staff are amazing, then you get here and it’s all miserable faces. We had originally booked a self catering room in our original hotel. As my two year old and disabled brother are very fussy eaters, I needed a kettle for my daughters bottles throughout the night, they said they did not have one. Our travel agents were happy to accommodate and pay whatever the cost but three nights in a row we asked and was not helped they just said they don’t have anything for us, on the last night I noticed a sign on the door that if you paid an extra €30 a night you can have a coffee machine that dispenses hot water, why was this not even offered? I had been buying from the bar for my daughters bottles. They should offer this. The guy on reception of an evening time doesn’t have the best English, which is disappointing as a lot of English was staying in the hotel, I can appreciate we’re in France, but don’t welcome other speaking people if you are unable to accommodate. It’s rated a 2 star, I’d say a 1 star, the room was clean, that’s about the only good I have to say. I will add the shower floor is extremely slippery so if uneasy on your feet or young I would be careful maybe book a room with a bath. Overall,...
