We all loved this little gem of a hotel! Don't listen to most of the bad reviews on here as they're not putting what happened after they asked for their troubles to be resolved because when I wanted english tea bags I was given them. I'd recommend though bringing your own tea bags if you like tea and is a brit like me. I asked for more milk and I was given them. Our room was clean. Beds were presentable. We solved most of our problems on our own and didnt put the place under any stress. Dont bite the mouth that feeds you. Staff were talkative. The area is quaint and calm. The 2222(bus) at mairie to bussy saint george(then to disneyland) was a route that took 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop(enjoyed a nice walk). From bussy saint george you can either take to disneyland direct or travel to Paris and then to eiffel tower which all of it we did. Oh and we did all of this without a stroller and we have a 2 year old. And 2 opinionated girls. We stayed calm even though there were times of struggle. That's the key really here guys. Smoking area outside. Plentyful carpark space. Nice grand entrance. 5 min away from a tescos express like shop(a mini snack shop so to speak) after finding it on Google maps. Internet provided, reliable aswell. I Small but affective play area so you get some much needed space from your children. A few arcades and a nice little garden/extra play area outside. Free teas and coffees and hot chocs and apple and orange within the breakfast times but not outside of, but youve not paid for that where you get it all hours lol Elevator on site as expected too. Sausages, eggs, croissants(always wanted to try a French croissant from the actual place while being in france lol) All our problems were resolved when asked. Didn't put on anymore stress on anyone without solving what was within my power first. It's alright, a little gem 💎

Visited the hotel as were going to Disneyland Paris. Easy check in with lovely staff member who answered our questions about transport to the parks. We were given a family room with double bed & bunk bed, it was only the 2 of us and it was a little small. Room was clean and bed was comfy, there was a kettle and safe but no fridge. The air con was working but it didn't go as cold as I liked. Our room looked out onto reception where they have real birds so thankfully the air con drowned out their noises. We didn't get breakfast there but you can add it onto your room any time. We didn't have a car so we got public transport to the parks, really easy! You get the number 22 bus just down from the pharmacy to Val d'europe Station (around 10 minutes) it costs €2 each. Buses take cash only, better to have exact money or small notes. Then the RER train to Disneyland Park (Marne-le-Vallée) its just one stop which was €1.95. Ticket machines have various languages and really easy to use, they accept card & cash. Everything is signposted really well. Train is every 15 minutes and there is a bus timetable on the bus shelter, we took a picture of this on our first day. Be careful on Sundays as the buses are every hour and stop early! Overall nice hotel and fine for the price, a little difficult to get back to after the fireworks/park close due to public transport stopping so keep that in mind. Uber from parks is around €10. There are pool facilities there but are an extra cost. Don't know if I'd stay again due to public transport being difficult at night, if I had my own car I probably would.

We visited the hotel this week for 5days/4 nights, and pre booked and prepaid 2 double rooms, there was 4 of us as a family. We Planned to go Disneyland, and visit Paris. We visited Disney area before few times.

Giving 2 stars as we were really disappointed, although hotel staff was nice and friendly.

On arrival, you are told you can’t stay as rooms are not ready till after 4pm. On other hotels, they will tell you maybe wait an hour, and they will clean the rooms, so you can get in.But yet, no facilities to stay, why your room is getting ready. So we spent extra £300,plus spending for that day to visit Disney for half a day. You need to take taxi, or travel but bus and then train. It is in middle of nowhere. Taxis are shambles, as they don’t use meter and Uber will only take max of 3 people.

When we got back we were given keys to 2 rooms, which we didn’t book. Family rooms, with no space to move. Both rooms will have double bed with bunk bed. When asked why we didn’t get rooms we booked, I just been told, they had not enough double rooms and they were fully booked! Not even an apology. Both rooms had no air conditioning, as it was apparently off and getting serviced. I booked this hotel, with the assumption, we get double rooms fully air conditioned ( it was really hot when we stayed, we couldn’t even open window, as bunk beds were put in front of it, they did offered fan). When I made the booking online, it also stated it had a spa, sauna etc. It didn’t say, that was extra charge for us. Yet the hotel will charge quite a bit for you to use it. Breakfast. Quite simple, didn’t get refreshed, if you went near 10am ( on till 10.30). Same every day. Basically cheap continental breakfast. But yet we were charged about £150 for the 4 night to use that. Lady who was there, wasn’t wearing clean clothes,or uniform, just casual clothes, no gloves or hair covering. Just touching everything, cleaning without washing hands. Felt very unhygienic. When something was finish, like oranges for the juices, she will just take it away, but didn’t re-fill it. Back garden, yes it had 2 chicken in a enclosure, entertaining for kids. But it also meant, kids were there screaming at 6.30am! We had very unsettled 4 nights in there. Definitely not felt like 3* hotel. More like being in someone house. Staff was smoking constantly in the guest tables at the back. It just felt very unprofessional. Tables outside were dirty, with ash trays full of cigarets end. Not very nice back at all. Yes staff were nice and friendly, but yet not very professional. Our spend was nearly £1000 for the 2 rooms for 4 night. Spending on travel To Disney taxi was £25 each way from the hotel ( more in the evening, don’t take the ones screaming right outside Disney, go behind the roundabout), taxi to airport was £80. Train for 4 return to Paris is £35 from Val d Europe.Underground in Paris is £1.90 each way pp. BUS from the hotel to Val d Europe £2 per adult each way, busses take cash only ( kids free).

I wouldn’t recommend it. For the money we paid, we could of...

We stayed at this hotel in August ‘24 for a family trip to Disneyland Paris. Read reviews on here and it felt like the right place to stay.|It did not disappoint. |The hotel is located in a quiet area that felt very safe. On the same street there are many shops like a bakery, pharmacy, small grocery shop and a fast food restaurant to name those most convenient for holiday makers.||It was 35 minutes from CDG airport and cost €50 in an Uber to get to. There are bus options but this was easier for this. I had emailed the hotel for info leading upto the trip for details on travel and they were very helpful.|The staff were great throughout the stay. Check in was simple and quick. Any questions we had answered and help given where needed. A small hotel with not many staff but we never felt like we were waiting long. I even had a late night request for milk for my small child and they were so accommodating.||We had a family room consisting of a double bed and bunk beds. Very comfortable and clean. Towels and shower gel/soap provided in the rooms too. |We had breakfast included and the selection was great. Sausage, eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, cereals, fruit and pastries. The make your own pancake maker was a bit hit with our children!! ||There is a small arcade and a games room for children to play in. A nice garden area to sit in or the children to play in.|Books/magazines in the bar area too to help keep little ones entertained. The bar is small but all you needed after a long day at DLP. The reception staff also man the bar but they are opposite each other so they can go between the two without too much delay.||We chose to get an Uber to and from DLP. Never more than €12 and a 10 minute drive. Didn’t wait too long after park closing for one either.||Couldn’t recommend this hotel more for a trip to DLP especially. It has everything you need and we loved the quirky bird theme, which included real birds in the...
