La Palmeraie — Hotel in Toulouse

Stayed here while working . The rooms are nice and equipped with a kitchen on suite and plenty of plugs for charging electronics . The room can get a little cold and there is two heaters supplied , the rooms are cleaned weekly all though you have to supply your own bin bags and toilet roll . The location is excellent with a number of bars and restaurants within walk distance . The Wi-fi is pretty good but sometimes wouldn’t connect...

We arrived at 9.45 pm after a delayed flight. They said check in was uptill midnight. No one on reception. Door locked. There was a number to phone - went straight to answerphone 5 times. We stayed 20 minutes, ringing, phoning, knocking, trying to get in. In the end we had to drive away and find another hotel.
