Guest House 15 — Hotel in Stepantsminda

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great time! The guest house is in a quiet street a little away from the centre, though easily accessible on foot. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.|The bathroom does get a bit wet because the drainage isn't that good but that's okay. We had breakfast every morning (15 lari per person) which often consisted of khachapuri, bread, eggs, ham, yoghurt and something sweet like apple pie. Pretty good value I'd say!|The owners were very friendly. They have some rain coats available in case it rains and they also helped us with transport back to tbilisi. There were a lot of people waiting for a marshrutka so one of the husbands of the owners asked around and found as a ride/taxi for 20 lari per person (marshrutka is 10 per person).||I can really recommend this...

I would happily give Guest House 15 the highest possible recommendation ☺️ the rooms are exactly as pictured, each room has a private bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature, and some rooms (I think several of them) have balconies with absolutely incredible views!

And the owner absolutely deserves a special mention, what a kind, generous, and interesting person. Archil offered to take us to Juta when we were having trouble locating a transfer, and was always available to help with anything at all. We so greatly appreciated it, and the conversations we had were lovely ☺️ everything was great! We just wish we could have met the whole family, we've heard such good things about everybody! A beautifully appointed, comfortable guesthouse a few minutes walk from the centre of Stepantsminda/Khazbegi. The hosts were wonderful! They provided us with information about where to go what to see and tips to make the most of our visit. The home cooked breakfasts were amazing! Each day was different, showcasing local and regional specialities. The owner gave us so much information about the food and a bag to take leftovers for lunch.
