We are a family of 4 and spent 2 nights here. The manager Tamara is an angel with an angelic smile and a lovely manner. She will arrange coffee in the evening, arrange trip and driver to Gergeti church, advise where to eat, where to go and whatever else you want. The room ( family room for 4)was nice and clean with towels, a hair drier, a tooth paste and handwash. There is hooks for your coats, a wardrobe with hangers and a lovely balcony with a view to die for. The WiFi works fine and there is an ironing table and iron just outside the room. The only thing we missed was some...

Staff were great and room was clean. |Unfortunately the noise travels all the way up the spiral staircase which meant it was impossible to sleep before the hosts went to bed, sometimes this was after 1am which I know is usual by Georgian standards but far from ideal when an early start is needed for a days hiking. |It definitely does not feel like a hotel; hotels have a bar, restaurant and serve breakfast. This felt like we were staying in someoneโ€™s house. |That said, the staff were lovely and tried their best but I feel the name of the place over sells what you...

This is the amazing Georgian hospitality you hear about!! The manager Tamara and owner Marty went above and beyond every expectation. They always smiled and did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so warm and homey!! Our room was spacious and clean with beautiful mountain views. The location is great as it is away from the more hectic town center yet still easy walking distance from all the restaurants and markets. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We highly recommend staying at Oishe--you will...
